Add index on all the reports
By default, all reports should have an index so that there is no more reports that are not showing all the records.

Azure AD Connector
Archibus needs a connector ability to connect to Azure AD to important to the employee table. The existing options are limited and not all IT groups are approving them. The Azure AD connection is available in other tools and the preferred route for IT security groups.

Scroll bar for employee list in Workplace when booking a room with large capacity.
In workplace-hoteling, when you select a room to book that has a large capacity, if a lots of employees already booked that room, you see their names in the list and the list is sometime so long that you need to zoom out to see the "Book" button. And when you zoom out, it become too small; it doesn’t meet accessibility requirement. It would be nice to have a scroll bar on the side.

Record ID in Event Log
In the "Data Events Log" for a Record Change, the view shows who made the change and when. Clicking on the record shows the old and new values for the fields that were change. However, nothing tells me which record it was changed for.
I recommend adding a new field to the table for the pkey value. When changes are recorded, populate that field with the pkey value and display it in the primary view (search results) for the data event log view.

Service Console - Substitutes
The visibility of requests in the Service Console does not work for Substitutes. This is an issue in the operational environment because the requests are "stuck" when someone is not available e.g. for an approval or service provider to action. Substitutes are working in the old individual tasks e.g:
Workplace Services/Service Desk/Business Manager/Approve Service Requests
Workplace Services/Service Desk/Service Provider/Accept/Decline Service Requests
Workplace Services/Service Desk/Service Provider/Issue/Complete Service RequestsIt is critical that all these substitute functions are carried over to the Service Console.

Building Operation Maintenance Console - Actions button field Auto size to the amount of action buttons shown on the users view. Where there is one button shrink field size to suite. This gives more real estate availability. The same for date Work requested column. It needs to be made small by wrapping the header.

Support for Clipped XREFs
ARCHIBUS should respect clipped XREF boundaries set in CAD.
At present ARCHIBUS ignores them when publishing enterprise graphics, resulting in the entire XREF being shown. The best alternative we can offer clients with readability problems on especially large floor plans (100k+ SqFt) is to break up the source CAD file, which solves that problem but introduces other drawing management challenges. Respecting clipped XREF boundaries would make it possible to maintain a single source CAD background for large floor plans.

Parameter setting - Auto close Work Request on Completion. This is currently a 1 and 0 (all in or out). Change logic to allow certain problem type to be included/excluded from this global parameter. Maybe possible be added as an attribute to the problem type.

It would be very useful to have access to a bug tracking tool for Archibus. We often reports issues to our integrator and we don't know if the issues are even tracked or processed.

Move work request equipment code field
Move the equipment code field from the More Information section to it's own section similar to Parts and Trades in the work request so it's more visible and a reminder to add the asset code!

Enhanced Support for Units Conversion & Georeferenced CAD Files
Presently when using the Esri Geospatial Extensions and ArcGIS for AutoCAD one must XREF a floor plan into a map and scale it in order to publish accurately. This appears to be because ARCHIBUS will not calculate areas correctly if the CAD drawing units are set to decimal feet. Presently ArcGIS for AutoCAD does not provide any maps that use inches as the base unit nor can the maps scale to match a drawing using architectural units.
This workaround could be eliminated if ARCHIBUS could recognize decimal feet vs architectural units for floor plans. Then individual CAD files could be…

Archived Work Record - One Stop Shop
When needing to look up completed/closed work requests and looking for all the information in a concise format users need to use Archived Work Requests and Resources. This process is over complicated as users need to know the Work Order Code (found using Search and Manage). There needs to be a modification to this process either through Search and Manage or Archived Work Requests and Resources.

Maintenance Checklist not completed prevents PM work from being completed and closed
There are times when PMs get deferred. Updating the cause code from PM to DPM signifies that the PM has been deferred. Since the work request has a checklist associated with it, it can not be completed or closed because there is a pending step.
Can a setting be created to allow it to bypass the step waiting for a checklist and allow the work request to be completed? We do not want to cancel the PM’s, just change the cause code and complete them as “Deferred” so reports can be run on how many pm's are getting deferred.

View Access Security
Please add a better option for view level security. The current restrictLoadingOfUnassignedViews setting makes startup take 2-3 hours for many clients, which is unacceptable.
I would suggest using the afmptasks.securitygroup field to prevent users without the security group assigned from opening the view at all. At the platform level, an "afterViewLoad" check could be performed to check that field and show a message instead of loading view if they are not authenticated.

Integration with GIS (Esri, Google...) will make this easy to present.
If parameter is 1 Archibus receive coordinates from OnSite if 0 no coordinates are sent.
