Create a parameter, for OnSite app. to track the position of the Craftsperson.
This will help the Dispatcher to dispatch the most closer to Incident Craftsperson available.
Integration with GIS (Esri, Google...) will make this easy to present.
If parameter is 1 Archibus receive coordinates from OnSite if 0 no coordinates are sent.
Onsite may show on GIS the position as well.

Need to make sure that any map integration looks for HTTPS sites and not http. Security reviews on or company have identifed this as an unacceptable risk and these sites are being blocked and therfore this function will not work

For craftsperson being able to see what is the closest WR would also be useful.

If this could be tight to a feature that would allow the requester to receive communication that a craft person is on its way, that would be great

The idea is that we live and act in real-time into a connected world. When an event happens the Dispatcher (alarm center) should know who is the Craftsperson close to the event and assign it to the Request. This will help to fast solve the problem, on fuel economy, increase the client satisfaction, decrease the damage, decrease the MTBF of eq's and many more.
