When needing to look up completed/closed work requests and looking for all the information in a concise format users need to use Archived Work Requests and Resources. This process is over complicated as users need to know the Work Order Code (found using Search and Manage). There needs to be a modification to this process either through Search and Manage or Archived Work Requests and Resources.

The archive of a file needs to also include the completed Checklists and attachments to the work. Should be a PDF export with all of the information. Requiring users to look up information to then find other information is beyond frustrating to the end users.

Currently using V.25.4
