As an admin I would like to be able to select by checkbox list the privileges that an admin under me can have. This would allow the granting of access to location or department admins the ability to place spaces on a floor map or limit power admins to 1 or more locations.

Print Floor Map to PDF
Ability to print to PDF instead of PNG and also select size (11x17, etc). The PNG image format is not good when you print out in large format and lines and text become blurry. Not good quality.

Ability to see Names to Seat on Shared Desks
The names of at least 2 employees should be visible(printable) on floor plans. This helps with Understanding seats used in different shifts. This is common in may global locations that have local and US working hour shifts.

Setting page/ Desk Booking Settings/Health Screening section/ Add "1 hr" value in the 'Employee Notifications' time selector
Please add "1 hr" value in the drop-down under the 'Employee Notifications' header on the Health Screening section on the Settings page.
As for now, we have a possibility to choose a minimum 2hr before booking time when the health check becomes available and notification is sent.
Our employees often use a “Multi booking” feature or just “All day” feature, and according to set business hours (8am-11:45 pm), the first notification comes at 6am, which is a bit inconvenient for them. We cannot change the business hours (because there are employees who need it).

It should be possible to allocate multiple departments to a hotel desk
Either multiple departments to a single hotel desk, or be able to add departments to workplace groups instead of just single users.

profile pictures
People's profile pictures should be available in the web application, not just mobile app. And should be able to be uploaded automatically like other information. Outlook/Teams displays our company pictures so it should be able to pull through easily?

Hotel Desk Booking Frequency
In the hotel desk booking report, it would be helpful to filter by the frequency, 2x/week, 3x/week etc. in which employees are coming into the office over a time period.
This would help give a better view of which employees are in the office more frequently and need an assigned seat.
This data will also be valuable in determining what to expect with "hybrid" employees.31 votes -

Updates to the report:
-add a date filter to the Hotel Desk report like it is in the Hotel Booking Report?-show percentages of total desks each department is using(allocated/total)
-show percentages of desks used with in departments. (# use in department/total allocated to department) ie. Sales is using 10 of 20 desks

Shared Desks
Ability to show all employees assigned to a shared desk without clicking into the specific desks. Could this also be available when the map is downloaded and printed.

View Floor Plan in App
We would love to be able to see the floor plans from the homepage on the app especially when you have multiple building locations. The only way to do that now is to search a person in that particular building and view the map.

upload pictures to website
We should be able to upload pictures of conference rooms or areas of the office thru the website and not just thru the mobile app. I can upload them thru my Android but my colleague cannot upload them thru their iPhone. Therefore we should be able to do this thru your website.
