This is a great idea and we are fully aware of this use case. If the Maintenance side is your main concern, I have good news to share:
we have built this functionality from Maintenance Console in v2022.01, our most recent release. Users can add a URL link to a work request, which is viewable from the OnSite app or the "Request Details" page > "Documents & Acitvity" tab. The owner will have the ability to edit/delete it as needed.

I am trying to understand a bit more about this use case:
- Why do you need to create requests from email, while users can just install/open Workplace to submit requests?
- What is the difference between this feature v.s. Employee Experience app?
- what's the difference between email or other integration such as sending messages with some predefined questions to create work requests?
