Maintenance and Compliance Questionnaire Raw data Reports
When readings are collected as part of a maintenance inspection survey, there is a view (in v25.3 and later) "Maintenance Survey Report" that is available to view the actual questions and answers for each survey.
Compliance does not have any reports that summarize the survey, questions and answers in a format where something like daily readings can be reviewed over a period of time to recognize trends or changes.

Add url links or reference documents to Questionnaire instructions
For questionnaires under compliance or even the new maintenance checklist in v25.3, some clients want to add a reference link so that when an employee is doing a checklist and it requires them to follow a set of instructions then the employee can say watch a video, open up pictures on instructions on how to do the checklist item.

Notification Templates
Notification Templates in the Compliance Module have a set recipients for the template, this is a little awkward and it would be better if there was an option to set the template to send to the 'Person Responsible' or 'Vendor' or 'contact' or all 3 with a free text option also. The person/s that an email need to be sent to can often differs at different levels even within the same requirement. Compliance - More than 1 Responsible Person for inspections - Responsible Group?
Currently a compliance event gets assigned to the Responsible Person for the requirement. If there is more than one person performing inspections, it is very tedious and time consuming to have to go into each event (or group of events) and re-assign them to another person.
It would be ideal to have a Responsible Group, similar to a work team in maintenance, that would allow the inspection to appear on the device of all members of the inspection group. This would allow anyone with membership to perform the inspection.

Compliance questionnaire sections collapsible under headings
When there are a lot of questions under a questionnaire and some do not apply based on the 1st question answered Yes/No, want to collapse the section so the user is not scrolling thru questions to get to the next section.
In this example: a chiller system has 4 chillers, at any one time 1 or up to 4 chillers could be running depending on weather conditions.
That means if only Chiller 3 and 4 are running, the inspector needs to scroll thru all the questions for 1 and 2 to get to their questions for 3 & 4

Ability to Print Questionnaires
The ability to be able to Print a completed compliance questionnaire is essential to some business processes. Having a physical copy or pdf copy of a completed questionnaire will allow a safety director or internal auditor to follow up on completed questionnaires that trigger a safety concern or violation. Being able to address the person who completed the questionnaire with an actual copy to determine if safety concerns/violations have been remediated is essential for an end to end compliance program.

Checklist
Logic behind a checklist.
High Risk Operations. Maintenance field workers must complete a "HRO permit" checklist to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely. There are times that this HRO permit is not needed for the maintenance that is being done. So to have the checklist have the ability to have logic would be much more beneficial for the technicians performing the work.

Batch Delete Pending Training for Employees that are inactive
Batch Delete Pending Training for Employees that are inactive. Currently when an employee leaves the organization the only way to delete pending training is to go through each training program and each employee one entry at a time. It would be much more efficient if this could be done in batch by filtering all pending training for an employee. Or some type of automatic removal when an employee is changed to Inactive. This cannot currently be done in Smart Client because of dependencies.

Combined Occupant List
There's some separate reports showing who is in the building so far, what would be useful is a report that combines the list of all who should be in a place especially for the purposes of emergency prepardness/return to work.
It would be best if the report can have settings to toggle showing:
* hoteling request - the people and the visitor contacts
* reservations - the reservation attendees
* assigned desks - the people and contact info

Session issue in Track Incident report Document Disappearing
Dear Team,
While accessing Track Incident we found some Issue. Where if we load Track incident and didn't use it for 15 minutes or while session time out and open new tab in browser and logged in Archibus and go back to Track Incident tab in browser and select any Incident which is having documentation it will not show instead it shows blank rows.Please follow below step to reproduce it.Login as AFM
Go to <Track Incidents>1. Load track incident view filter it with incident id which is having doc and do not click on incident id.
