Lease Portfolio Console - configure options for default leases to show
Please add an application parameter to determine the default lease types to display in the Lease Portfolio Console.
When managing leases for buildings and properties, EVERY time a user accesses the console, they must select the 'Move' button to view the Leases Associated With options and then select Structures/Land and then Filter.

Project Management Console - be able to generate service tickets if you are in a work package
If one is using the Project Management Console, When one look at a project and all the actions in the project, one can create a service ticket once the action is in the scheduled status or so.
But if one goes into a work package which shows a separate set of tabs for the actions, change request, etc, if one goes into the action level for that work package, you cannot create a service ticket here. It would be nice to have that feature consistent.

Space Console PDF Output
Need an option to print to pdf/docx the currently loaded floorplan(s) - which uses the titleblock & selected highlight(s) and labels.
Export what you see to DOCX doesnt use the titleblock NOR give a legend

UDFs for Properties
A UDF for properties will also be a good thing for referencing Leases.
Properties contain information for registration #, registry # and bylaw # so capturing this data in a UDF Method allows organizations that are in the public sector to leverage the system.

Batch Delete Pending Training for Employees that are inactive
Batch Delete Pending Training for Employees that are inactive. Currently when an employee leaves the organization the only way to delete pending training is to go through each training program and each employee one entry at a time. It would be much more efficient if this could be done in batch by filtering all pending training for an employee. Or some type of automatic removal when an employee is changed to Inactive. This cannot currently be done in Smart Client because of dependencies.

Maintenance Mobile app - Time Validation
If a Craftsperson is using the Mobile Timer feature to record the time and accidentally forgets to turn the time off, there needs to be a validation in place which will automatically turn the time off after say 8 hrs.
Alternatively there should be an easy way for the CF to adjust the time recorded with the timer in case this situation arises.

Workplace Portal to show similar service requests
The portal does not try to prevent users from creating duplicate service requests. However the report a problem process in WebCentral does. It would be great if the portal can have the same functionality since it does show all the current active tickets on a equipment or a space if the user had a QR code to scan.
However let's assume the user is just going through the dashboard or the portal to create a request. Then this method does not show any indication of current request to the space/equipment.

Timeline Slider
Better slider functionality – time displayed isn’t time you select. Also the ability to enter time with keystrokes or drop down menu instead of a slider. Mobile phone users find the slider difficult.

Floorplan Scaling
Floorplan blobs and numbers fly off the room when scaling on a mobile device or Firefox browser. I would like this fixed without removing the blue blobs. Users who are not familiar with floorplans find them very helpful.

Equipment Lease Console
Rework the lease console to include and improve the lease of Tagged Assets, specifically equipment.
The lease console is a good utility to manage leases, however, it is specifically geared towards real estate, as evident by its location on the navigator and terminology. In the past, Archibus supported TA leases with separate tables and views but non with modern UI or UX like the console.

Improve the coherence between missed work in PM Planner and overdue work in Maintenance Console
The PM Planner tracks missed work based on the PM schedules, even when WO/WR are generated:
Missed (Work Order Not Generated) -- woid IS NULL and datelatest < today
Missed (Work Order Not Completed) -- woid IS NOT NULL and datecompleted IS NULL and date_latest < todayWhereas the Maintenance Console tracks overdue (and escalated) work based on the escalation date of the WR (wr.dateescalationcompletion).

Request a Project via the workplace
The workplace has gotten a lot of good attention. Sometimes clients are asking for methods to request a project request over the workplace.
This can be done via the method of the service request where a type of service request is a project. It may not necessarily fill out all the details of a project but this allows people to request for:
-office reconfigurations (construction projects)
-Condition assessments requests
-Hazardous Assessment requests

Homogenize id's length for assets tables
As we use the integration with REVIT for BIM integration, the use of different lengths for different codes of asset tables (eq,ta,fn...)

Add some appParameter to allow the enduser to set up the default highlight and label to show up when opening a drawing.

Move Date
Provide ability to configure number of days leadtime before a move date can be requested.
A lot of customers need X days notice before a move can be coordinated and scheduled. It would be very helpful to automatically disable dates from a calendar selection based on this setting. This will prevent users from selecting a move date of 'tomorrow' if the move team requires 5 days notice for planning and coordintation.
Might even be helpful to have this at a building by building level

Move Action Types get defined with a default Problem Type. It would be great if when you create a new move Action, it populated the problem type according to the stored default value for that Action Type.

Providing a status comment prompt without changing the status
When a status changes in a work request, the comments field is displayed for the craft to submit an update for the requestor.
It would be ideal that when a craft wants to add another comment to send a notification to the requestor they do not want to prompt a change in status.

Conditional formatting for filterable consoles - Space, Building Ops, Move, Lease
Many of the consoles (Space , Lease, Building Operations, Move ) display grids of information that are reviewed based on criteria such as priority, dates, status, etc. The ability to highlight based on value related criteria would be fantastic, and could be implemented in a variety of fashions.
One such approach would be allowing a view related to each console for If>then logic for each field, very similar to the filter panel available in Smart Client.
