Auto-close Work Request based on Verified Date
I would like to be able to automatically close a work request after the specified number of days from the verified date as well, not only completed date.
Currently, a work request is able to close automatically after the number of days specified in the application parameter "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted" have passed since its completed date.
If there are still Verification or Survey steps remaining in the work request, it will not be automatically closed. However if the steps are done and a specified number of days have passed since the completed date, it will be automatically closed on that day. This…6 votes -
Workplace Building List searchable fields
When working within the Workplace the building list searches for Building Name or Building Code. We have users that only know a building by its address. Can the list of fields searched include the building address?

SLA Transfer Capability
There does not exist a user friendly way to export and import SLA’s from one environment to the next. A ticket was opened with Eptura (416847) to inquire about this and it was recommended to go the manual route via certain tables, though this list did not contain tables that interact between SLA’s and the Corrective Maintenance console. We, and others across the enterprise would like to see an easier way to transfer SLA’s between environments.
Latest from the ticket referenced above is: "There are not any pre-built processes for transferring SLAs between environments; you would need to export the…

Improve messages in OnSite
Users have reported confusion about the messages "You're all done" or "Work Completed" that appear when you first get into the OnSite app.
What's happening is that when opening OnSite for the first time or after a while, the list of WRs for the user is empty.
The app displays the message "You're all done" while in fact it is synchronising the data.
After a few seconds (~3s) the list of WRs appears.
The same happens when you enter a group.
For example, when you group by Site-Building, and then select a Site-Building, at first the list is empty and…6 votes -
Geolocalization and geoguiding technician to intervention
Maintenance of big external infrastructure (airports, stadiums,...) comes with the need to precisly localize external interventions.
This is feasible through Web central (maintenance console, locate functionality) but not through OnSite while mobility usage is key for maintaining these infrastructures.
The need to geolocate an intervention and to be geoguided to it is raised by all these kind of clients and is currently an important OnSite missing functionality.6 votes -
Adding Sender email, cc'd & external emails to Maintenance Console
For tagging/emailing from work requests in the maintenance console please add the following:
add the option to email non-Archibus users (external emails)
add a cc'd function so that all the people that are tagged are on the same email instead of separate ones
The option to enter a sender email address. Such that when a client replies to an email from the maintenance console, it goes to the person sent the email from the maintenance console by default, or if selected, the sender email address specified.
I have found that most people just hit the reply button when they receive…

Limitations for PDF Exports in Space Console and View and Print Floor Plan
The basic Export PDF option in Space Console will only work if the drawing is under a particular size and has fewer than 400 rooms. Unfortunately, this issue affects both 'Space Console' and 'View and Print Floor Plan.' The workaround for both views is to use the 'Export Floor Plans in Floors List to PDF' option (in Space Console). 'View and Print Floor Plan,' which is a view used more frequently and designed for the general user, poses a challenge for users who don't have access to Space Console and only have access to 'View and Print Floor Plan.' For…

Language Selection should list each Language in its native Spelling
When opening the My Profile window to select a user interface language, the list of languages is based on the currently selected language. Example for German:
- Italienisch (Italien)
- Französisch (Kanada)
- Englisch (Australien)
- Französisch (Frankreich)
- Japanisch (Japan)
- Deutsch (Deutschland)
- ..
When you're a non-German speaker you will have trouble selecting your language since all names are in German and you probably don't know how your language is spelled in German.
The situation might be worse if the language is set to Japanese and you don't know how to set it back to English. Hint, it's: 英語 (イギリス).
Suggestion: Always display each…

"notification log"
In recent versions of Archibus - version 2023 and later, it looks like you have to connect to a valid email server in order to view emails sent in the Notifications Log. Prior 2023 versions, you can set up a dummy email server and when it failed to send a notification, you can still see it in the Notifications Log, with the email status "ERROR" and the error details (e.g. failed to connect to smtp server..)
This capability to view emails that failed to send in the Notifications Log was intentionally taken out in version 2023. It would be great…

Allow to set up a URL link to jump directly to the ticket where the work has been completed
Currently, we are unable to set up a URL link to jump directly to the ticket where the work has been completed.
When the Work Request is completed / closed and the URL link to access that ticket is generated. At this stage when the notificatoin link is generated and by clicking on this link, it will redirect you to the search panel of the closed request page but our expectatoin is that it should go directly to that specific request

Possibility to attach documents to a WR from OnSite
Currently, a CF can only attach photos to a WR.
It would be useful to give CF the ability to attach other type of documents (e.g. PDFs).The use case is:
A Craftsperson has to complete a certificate (for example an ELECTRICAL SAFETY CERTIFICATE) when doing a Work Request.
The PDF version of the blank certificate, is automatically attached to the Work Request through the reference documents feature.
The Craftsperson accesses the blank certificate from OnSite, open it on their device, complete it, sign it, save it locally then attach it back to the WR.6 votes -

Allow assigned CF to complete WR even though another CF is assigned.
Currently if there are two assigned the WR will not complete, and the screen does not refresh or indicate that the other CF needs to complete. Allow similar to the Mobile app V5 to optionally complete regardless of other CF being assigned. the current method produces additional admin.

Different set of questions for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
When a user is configuring questions to be displayed in the checklist on the Onsite App. And when these questions are set, they are displayed the same in the questionnaire for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
We want a separate set of questions to be chosen/displayed for Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. As there is a question for the Root Cause of the problem which is only applicable in case of Corrective Maintenance and not required for Preventive Maintenance

Display available hotelable rooms that users do not have access to book directly
When users are restricted from booking certain rooms (by dv, dp, team, bl, fl, or a VPA restriction) it can be very useful for them to be able to see rooms that are available that they themselves do not have access to book directly.
For example if a team in the Legal division comes on site and there are no Legal desks available, instead of going home they can see that IT has a bank of available desks. They could then approach an IT admin to book one of those desks on their behalf. For organizations where space is at…

It would be very useful to have access to a bug tracking tool for Archibus. We often reports issues to our integrator and we don't know if the issues are even tracked or processed.

Ability to Print Questionnaires
The ability to be able to Print a completed compliance questionnaire is essential to some business processes. Having a physical copy or pdf copy of a completed questionnaire will allow a safety director or internal auditor to follow up on completed questionnaires that trigger a safety concern or violation. Being able to address the person who completed the questionnaire with an actual copy to determine if safety concerns/violations have been remediated is essential for an end to end compliance program.

Show user responsible for making bookings
We would like for the system to keep track of who makes and cancels bookings made in webcentral and workplace. There have been reports of strange bookings for some users and we don't know who made those.
