  1. In Workspace Booking, users can view the available spaces within a building without needing to click on each building. However, in Meeting Space Booking, the available spaces are not displayed directly. This requires users to click on each building individually to check availability, which can be time-consuming and less user-friendly.

    Proposed Improvement:
    Add a feature to Meeting Space Booking that displays the number of available spaces next to each building, like Workspace Booking.

  2. The checklist provide an option to create a service request. Depending on the answer to the follow-up question, the maintenance survey report can be displayed in three different ways.
    Screenshots are available in the File tab.

    Example
    When the answer to the question is "No," the option is set to enable the creation of a service request

    NO1. the answer to the question is "Yes" → no record is added in the maintenance survey report screen.(wr_id=1150004568)

  3. To develop new features on Workplace using the actual geolocation of the device.
    That works on web version of Workplace but on mobile doesn't.
    Because the permission for locating the device is not enable on Workplace App.
    It would be very useful for the next requierement.

    Set Up
    User only can book hot-desking using QR. Because, to enforce users to use
    the reservation and make it on the office.

    Problem
    A cheeky user takes a photo of the QR to make reservation from their house.

    Solution
    Using the geolocation device we can monitoring if the user is on the office…

  4. Allow the administrator to define fields of type "Lookup" in Maintenance Checklists as can be done in Compliance Questionnaires.

    This would then be usable in both Web Central and OnSite

    An example of use case is when PM work requests are used to track inspections. and we need to keep track of the inspection device used (e.g a CO2 meter). Those devices have been put into the EQ table so that means we need to associate an EQID with the inspection while on the field. Having the correct EQID is important because associated with it are calibration information.…

  5. We have a use case scenario to download the data locally in the Onsite App.

    Case 1
    When the data is downloading, we need to keep the phone screen on, we have touch the screen again and again, if the phone backlight goes off, the downloading pauses.

    Case 2
    When the data is downloading, we cannot even minimize the app, if we do, the downloading pauses even worse sometimes, it starts again from the start.

    Assuming the Offline data to be preapred takes 30 minutes to download, then it's very frustating for the user to keep the Onsite App open…

  6. There needs to be a way to QC Assets in the Archibus database vs. those placed in Revit. Basically, a database comparison between the two, similar to the Windowed Assets where it shows assets in Revit that 'used' to be in Archibus. The example QC is for Room that may be in Archibus and never were connected via Revit. See attachments for workflow concept.

  7. Request: Dedicated forum for Archibus and Smart Client users.

    Justification: Limited online community knowledge sharing available.

    Implementation: Structure would differ from UserVoice currently as questions would be posed to the user community. Site monitored by other users and Eptura product team to answer questions or request improvement/feedback to future builds as it operates now. Recommend including a search feature for users to reference previously ask questions. Recommend ability to mark forum responses as solutions/solved to posed questions/problems - similar to the Autodesk forums.

    Expected benefits:
    - Increased user engagements and knowledge sharing.
    - Reduced burden on Eptura support to answer…

  8. Currently the chat icon is bolded when there is a value in the em.phone field. however this field would typically contain the value of a business phone number that cannot be messaged. It would make more sense to have this associated with the em.cellular_number field which would be more likely setup for messaging.

  10. The final button to confirm a meeting should read "Confirm" or similar instead of "Next ->" so the user is aware there are no more steps to complete and they are about to commit the reservation. Screenshot attached.

  11. I noticed that when I used the comments section to send an email from a work request, that there is no spellcheck feature to highlight words that are spelled incorrectly.

    As someone who does alot of communications in this manner, and doesnt have great spelling, this would be greatly appreciated.

Our stakeholder group that uses service desk currently has a management team that would like to oversee all tickets that their service providers handle, but with SLA configurations, we can only assign 1 service desk manager per ticket. We would love to have more than 1 assigned/have a workaround where multiple SD managers can oversee the same request.

    Our current workaround is to have the same login for 3 people (The management team), but this is not great as the email for escalation can only route to the one email (which is 1 person's email and not all).

  14. As of now USER DEFINED FIELDS (UDF) can be added through coding, We want here should be a feature in Web Central, from where we can add the new UDF's without touching the code.

    This feature is requested by most of the Japanese market clients

  15. In the MAINTAINENCE CONSOLE --> WORK REQUEST SCREEN, While creating a Work Request there is a remove button(x) for Trades and Crafts person Assignment but there is no remove button (x) button for Work Logs.

    Can we add this feature / customisation in the newer versions of Archibus

  18. To quickly notice trends and abnormalities during inspections.
    We wants that inspection results up to five times before can be called up / viewed

  19. Archibus provides the new features that are included in the new version releases but fails to articulate the existing features that are being removed. This has caused our team challenges after an upgrade to find out that some of the things that we have been using no longer exists.
    It would be helpful if the new version documentation includes new features BUT also ones that are being removed.

  20. Adding a calendar option to the Workplace catalog for a service request, rather than manually typing it in the work description would be extremely helpful.
    A simple example: I would like a picture hung in my office. I will be out on November 21, can you please do it then?

    Adding a Calendar to select the date and then store it with the work request would be perfect.
