  1. When you generate equipment based PPMs you can do so by filtering it to Site, Building, Floor, PM Schedule Group & Trade.
    Can this list be expanded and especially have the option to filter by EQ fields - EQ ID, Standard, EQ system ID etc, but definitely EQ ID.
    And in both eq and location PPM generation screens to be able to filter by the PM procedure.

  2. In the strategic space planning console, you can create a scenario and grab a pre-built space requirement.

    The current screen that allows you pick a space requirement requires you to select each period one by one, there should be a quick selection.

    You then have to put in start date but there's no end date. This makes it difficult to create a forecast where you're trying to decrease space.

    So once you added the requirement, now no matter what, it assumes all scenarios are growth only but not a true decrease scenario. Hence the end date would help set that…

  3. Hello,
    while exploring the REST API endpoints in Webcentral we discovered a shortcoming:
    There are two endpoints:
    * /v1/service-desk/requests/getAllBy
    * /v1/data/getAllBy
    that use GET as request method but still rely on request body parameters to retrieve information from the client request.

    While the standard does not/does no longer strictly forbid GET requests with body parameters (see this discussion: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/978061/http-get-with-request-body) it is still considered bad practice and can cause caching problems. Even more problematic is that lots of clients don't support it which means they are not able to communicate with Webcentral.

  5. Currently SLAs take into account the date AND time that the WR was submitted. For example, if a WR was submitted at 11AM on 4/1/20 and had a 5 day SLA, it would be due 4/6/20 at 11AM. Users would like to see the time in the Building Operations Console so they know when they need to complete the request within the day to make sure it is completed on time. Right now, they just see the date and if they completed it at 11:01AM -- it would be considered late.

  6. It would be useful to be able to change the default calendar view to scheduler or work week, and not the week view. Most users are making a view change as their first step in making a reservation.

  8. When selecting a room over the floor plan on the workplace portal for the purposes of making a reservation, one has to click through the drawing to view the room photo and get the room amenities. A mouse over effect on the workplace portal would be more user friendly.

  9. The Notification template that are used in compliance allows controlling before and after events, emails would be very useful to send missed due dates for work request. We had a client that required an action to send a reminder to carry out the satisfaction survey 5 days after the first (Completion) email was sent if the survey was not complete. We found this to be very difficult. I believe the notification function would have been purfect for this.

  10. When adding a room number to a form - rather than have the ... button to select from a list of rooms, it would be nice if the list option AND drawing option buttons were added by default.

    This way creating a new form w/ View Def Wizard would be able to include a drawing selection w/out customization.

For organizations that are not using hoteling through an extension to the end user base but rather an idea of allocating of flexible workspaces space to teams for a short period of time, teams seems like the best place to store this. The only challenge is the teams, which allows us to associate rooms to a organization or a department field, doesn't affect the chargebacks. It would be nice to bring that information over for chargebacks from the team data over. So that for every team modification, that it also updates/creates a room transaction record so that it fills in…

  12. Below are links to 2 separate vulnerabilities found in jQuery v3.5 and below. Archibus v25 appears to use jQuery 3.3.1. This was identified by a Government organization who has implemented Archibus.

  13. Under Technologies , Archibus provides 3 types of GIS views, standard, advanced and leaflet views.
    we hope Archibus can provide more detail information about how we can configure and implement Esri and LeafLet API on Archibus application to meet the client's needs, and what servers the clients need to prepare for.

    like how to :
    1. load client's asset schema.
    2. configure client's map document data.
    3. publish maps.
    4. differentiate those existing ArcGIS OOTB activity parameters.
    5. configure the tokens(what is the token authentication for?)
    6. use import/export connector
    7. export a map view into a report
    etc..

  14. When a hoteling booking is created, an activitylog record is created. The Hoteling application needs the ability to archive SERVICE DESK - HOTELING activitylog records perhaps with an application parameter and scheduled workflow rule.

    As of 2025.01 there is no mechanism to perform this function without a person manually updating the status of these records from APPROVED to COMPLETED.

  15. We are starting to use the Check-in feature for workspace bookings and have come across a situation where an admin assistant has booked a workspace for their Executive Director and would like to check-in for the Executive Director as well. Currently the system does not allow for this to happen. Only the person for whom the booking was made can check-in. The option to allow the person that created the booking to check-in should also be available.

When a user accesses the Workplace landing page and does not have a default building assigned to them, they get the full list of buildings in the system regardless of if they have bookable workspaces or are even active buildings. Can the original list of buildings be limited to buildings that have bookable workspaces?

  17. Hi team.

    With the HotelBookingRestrictions parameter, employees can be restricted to a specific building, floor, division, department, team, or a combination of these elements. Valid values are a comma-separated list of the following elements: 'bl', 'fl', 'dv', 'dp', 'team'.

    It would be very useful to add 'bu' (business units) to the parameter restrictions, as it is highly beneficial for allocating expenses by business unit. Currently, clients within a BU have multiple divisions ('dv') or departments ('dp'), which prevents them from using those options. Additionally, a BU may have spaces in more than one building.

  18. If a problem report ticket is issued with equipment information linked to it, the maintenance history linked to the equipment can be displayed and viewed on the maintenance work console screen.

    But if you open the ticket information on the work request search screen, you cannot see the maintenance history.

  19. Add the ability to use the date to perform (or similar) field instead of a certain number of days when setting up an SLA.

    Example: User submits a Conf. Room Setup request, these requests can vary widely in when they need to be performed. Some users submit them a week ahead, some users submit them a month ahead. Using the time to perform as the due date would alleviate the issue of setting a specific numbers of days to perform.

  20. Can we have a "dark mode" option for the browser version of "Archibus" and "Onsite" on the phone, for those of us who are photo sensitive. Dark mode also reduces energy consumption.
