View and Print Floor Plans (WST)
The View and Print Floor Plans view is great for the current state of layouts, but clients using Workspace Transactions (WTS), also want the ability to print previous points in time. They want to select a date and view the highlights, then print to the same page layout (with title block and legend) with the selected date added to the print.

Bypass Workplace Landing Page
Allow direct linking to Workplace tasks such as Bookings, People Search, etc such that a user does not need to first select this task from the landing page.

Reports Central Table Selection
In Reports Central, table selection is only by the afmtbls.title field. This results in the user having to guess which of multiple tables with the same title is the one they want. OOTB behavior should be modified to display sufficient information to eliminate guesswork. I'd suggest either 1) ensuring all tables have unique titles or 2) displaying afmtbls.table_name alongside the title.
I have not done a comprehensive check for duplicate table titles, but the one I found was 'Rooms' which is one of the most commonly requested tables for reports. It's possible this is the only duplicated title.

DRAWING UPDATE (2458)
We are looking for a way to be able to prepare in advance a plan for a new space or a reconfiguration without affecting the current information in the system.
For example, I have a floor on which reservations are in progress throughout the week. On Friday evening, the floor will close for a complete furniture reconfiguration. On Monday morning, we want the plan in the system to represent the new layout.

Allow to add hyperlink in the instructions of a resquest
The maintenance teams often use other applications for their services (access requests for Security, break requests for Catering, access to standards for Documentation, etc.)
It would be very practical to be able to integrate the web addresses of these dedicated sites in the form of hyperlinks, in the body of the blue text that appears when a request is created (see photo below). The purpose being to immediately redirect the user according to his need.6 votes -
Allow the user to center the Gantt chart on today
When displaying the planning of a project (Gantt tab from the Project Management Console), it is by default centered on the project start date.
This is Okay, but it would be nice for the user to be able to center the planning on today's date, by adding a button for that for example, next to the other controls.6 votes -
Tracking user record when a workspace is booked for another Employee
Enable the ability to track the employee who booked the workspaces as well as the employee who is assigned to use the workspace when a workspace is booked for other in the workplace. Currently, when a user books a space for other, the system applies the employee name who the desk is booked for in the rmpct table, but does not track the actual employee who requested the booking.

Checklist
Logic behind a checklist.
High Risk Operations. Maintenance field workers must complete a "HRO permit" checklist to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely. There are times that this HRO permit is not needed for the maintenance that is being done. So to have the checklist have the ability to have logic would be much more beneficial for the technicians performing the work.

Space Console - Add panel datasource fields
Add all room / employee fields to the default datasources in the space console; this will allow end-users to 'configure' the lists as they need to. Customers use more employee table fields than the 1/2 dozen or so available to turn on.
This is especially critical for SaaS deployments

We use the basic Asset Portal, and accept this has limited functionality over the full Enterprise asset management module. However our requirements have changed and we need better management of lifecycle changes to our assets. On seeking further information on the enterprise asset management module capabilities i was disappointed to find out it didn't meet our needs, which i think are a fair requirement. These are:

Core functionality - Select fields dialog - Expand field available for selection
The selection of available field so enable users to add additional existing fields to the select fields. This list is currently limited and should be customisable to expand the list of field available.
If a custom user defined field has been added, it should be made available in this menu. The solution should be applied to all areas to give greater access to other data in the table6 votes -

Expand the use of SLA by adding problem type to the Manage Service Level screens.
This allows proper management of discrete reactive activities that attract differing responses

Direct access in the SaaS solution or Improve Delete in SmartClient
Smart client currently does not allow mass deletion via the Transfer feature. Only add and update. To delete you have to do it one by one or edit all entries in a way that allows for identification of deletion and delete screen by screen.
This is very difficult to maintain correct tables for User Security and Employees.

Restricting who can book Hoteling (or Rooms) for someone else
When booking a workstation you are able to book in someone else's name, but it would be nice for this to be controlled somehow (for example with a security group)
Additionally it would be nice to make groups of people you can book for such as a secretary booking for people in their department/division

additional comments
When entering time in a work log craftspeople are prompted with a mandatory field called additional comments. The issue with this field is that the content does not populate on a report. IE if you run a report on archived requests you only see Craftspersons notes.
An ideal resolve would be to have the additional comments appear in the craftsperosn's notes field. This would make it easier for management to review work orders and for running reports as the additional comments field doesn't populate in the same data table as the other critical work order information.

Archibus 3.0 App
Since upgrading to version 25.4 we have been using the Archibus Mobile Client 3.0, approximately 6 months of use. This app requires attention, as voiced in the app store reviews. Our staff have to continually uninstall the app to get functionality back, the app also crash's, looses connection and users encounter errors regularly. Leaving users questioning the value the app holds.
The fact that the latest app 4.0 is not compatible with version 25 is also troublesome. All I am looking for is an app that is reliable.

Filter and Sorting in the PM Planner
When using the PM Planner, we are not abke to use the grid filters (which are available in ohter views) so it would be a nice addition that would help filtering and accessing the different data

Room Information and Images
In the Room Reservation workflow on the Workplace portal, it would be great for an employe to be able to bring up room information (to include an image of the space) from the floor plan, before selecting "Book" - this allows an employee to gain a better understanding of the space before they book it. Suggestion: an "Info" icon that displays on the Book Room pop-up that the employee can drill into, before hitting the "Book" button.

Add Rooms to Teams in the "Define Teams" Task
As an area manager, I would like to be able to assign rooms to a team via the "Define Teams" task as well, not just the Room Console, to work more effectively.
