  1. Create a parameter, for OnSite app. to track the position of the Craftsperson.
    This will help the Dispatcher to dispatch the most closer to Incident Craftsperson available.
    Integration with GIS (Esri, Google...) will make this easy to present.
    If parameter is 1 Archibus receive coordinates from OnSite if 0 no coordinates are sent.
    Onsite may show on GIS the position as well.

  2. Ability to link Actions to a Move Questionnaire, similar to how Actions are linked to Work Packages and Project Templates in the Capital Projects module.

    The goal is auto-create Actions for a move based on a Yes/No responses in a questionnaire. Certain questions always require an action, currently this requires a Move Coordinator to manually add actions for each move based on the response. If this were auto-created based on a template, it would save a tremendous amount of time managing moves.

  3. Currently Archibus does not allow multiple rooms to be reserved on the same invite in Outlook and have it populate in Archibus through the API. If 2 (or more) people want to schedule a meeting and show up in different rooms in different buildings, this cannot be done. We frequently have 5-10 individuals that will need to work in different geographical areas and be in scheduled room.

  4. Today a person can create an external ticket by entering a lat/lon instead of a building/floor/room. If the ticket is worked in Onsite, the craftsperson cannot view where the work order can be found.

  6. Rmcat and rmtype descritpion in FR

    In English, all is good but in FR, in Workplace, when you s
    earch for room type, you have to search in English and the results are in English.

  7. If Workspace bookings require check-in/confirmation and the user does not check-in, the booking is automatically canceled.

    Add the ability to send a cancellation email to the user indicating the booking has been cancelled because it was not confirmed.

    Currently, in V2022.03 - no emails are sent for cancellations due to unconfirmed bookings.

  9. Many times Maintenance Console users (like supervisors, FMers, CFs, providers/contractors, ...) are not able to identify the requestors just by their Employee ID. So it would be very helpful that Maintenance Console shows also requestor name (i.e. first and last names from related EM record).

  10. When you look at the number of Employees and number of Visitors in the Location tab of the Bookings for a Date Range report, you will notice that the number of employees also includes those who booked for visitors.

    From the help file:
    • Employees = COUNT DISTINCT Employee Names for all the bookings on that floor for the filter criteria
    • Visitors = COUNT DISTINCT Visitor Names for all the bookings on that floor on that floor for the filter criteria

  11. Some customers want to index not only the base rent, but also additonal rent or fixed costs.

    Also, it could be nice to be able to delete indexed lines and "replay" indexation.

  12. Previously, for On premise versions, Archibus had some configuration files that allowed the authorization process (to give a role to the user based on an AD security group). In SaaS, this is not possible as it is not considered as a standard feature.
    The suggestion is to add this process as standard for SaaS, as there are several companies that require it. The process would work like this:
    • Customer IT team creates the needed groups in AD, using archibus-identifiable encoding (e.g., starting with an ARCH prefix)
    • Archibus admins create new roles in Archibus, with the same encoding than…

  13. Regardless of the user's language setting, the calendar of the reservation screen uses the American format - week starts from Sunday.

    Also the days are not indicated in the calendar (there is no top row with S - M - T- W - T- F- S)

    The calendar format should change according to user's language preference (if other than US English, the week should start from Monday). At minimum, the calendar should have the days on the top.

  14. Search function of Workplace allows to find and visualise on plan ANY room/building/floor that has been defined in WebCentral, and there is no way to control the visibility.

    Our organisation has highly sensitive functions, so for reasons of security, we do not want Workplace users to have access to plans of certain floors.
    In addition, we have defined all areas of buildings as "rooms", so the room search also returns toilets, elevators and technical areas.

    We had to commission custom development to prevent the users from seeing anything but the locations of colleagues who booked workspaces. Please develop a functionality…

  15. If an end user has a location restriction for a select (more than 1) number buildings, the performance metrics are not limited to just the totals of the buildings they have visibility to.

    It would be helpful to have the building VPA carry thru to the granularity of ALL buildings that user has visibility to. As I understand it, the limitation of the application is to only the first building in the VPA:

  17. Implement a mechanism to avoid that users loose their local settings (e.g. Select Fields column layout, etc.) after clearing the web browser cache.
    Basically, when a user customize a grid panel's columns layout, perhaps hiding or showing more columns, those settings are stored locally on the user's browser temporary files. As soon as the user cleans the browser cache such settings are gone and he/she has to start over every time for all the views.

  18. Currently, Completed Moves do not show in the Move Console unless one clicks on "Configure Options" and selects "Show Completed and Closed Moves". Then the next time the Move Console is opened, this option has to be selected again.

    Hiding Completed Moves IS VERY MISLEADING, even dangerous since Completed moves need to be Closed to update location data of moved persons/teams/equipment/furniture), . So Completed Moves should show by default so they can be Closed.

    But Closed Moves should not be displayed by default. Over time, there will be thousands of Closed Moves and there is no reason to slow down…

  20. The old timeline had a nice visual representation of Pre-block Post-block time for reservations, but the new Calendar Console lacks that. Please consider adding it. If it's not technically feasible on the calendar, consider other alternatives. One of them could be to list the Pre-block Post-block time in the Reservations Summary panel on the left.
