  1. In the Maintenance Console, it would be nice to have the ability to save filters.
    OOTB, they are saved in the recent filters but it has 2 drawbacks: 1. there is a limit in term of the number of filter saved that way. 2. they disappear when users clear their cache (which happens every time there is a new deployment).

  2. Currently, if an administrator or supervisor wants to view more details about a work request's history, the log time is displayed in the building's local time, not the user's time. There are no Notes or Notices to display what the time zone is. This can be quite confusing as the time zone information is not on the same page.

  3. The current Real Property application and schema structure allows for a very rigid 1-for-1 parent to child relationship, and only accounts for "Owned" or "Leased" property rights.

    One critical element missing in the structure of Archibus is the ability to track Easement rights that are afforded to a company, especially where the company is primarily focused on infrastructure and utilities.

    The attached images shows the complicated structure of easements required, in that a property records may have multiple easements located on different parts of it, and at the same time, one easement may span over multiple properties with numerous parties…

  7. We are experiencing an issue when attempting to export equipment information in bulk from the Equipment System Console. It appears that there is a limit of 103 items, and we are unable to export more than this number. We regularly need to export equipment data across all sites, so it's important for us to resolve this limitation.

    We are curious about the system's structure regarding data export:
    In the Equipment Registration/Edit screen, we are able to export all equipment data without any limitations.
    However, in the Equipment System Console, we are unable to do so.

  8. In the Smart Client Extension for Revit, only one boundary is currently allowed for gross area per floor. However, in my case, there is a building with separated areas on higher levels that cannot be combined into a single gross area.

    I recommend allowing users to generate multiple area boundaries (Gross Exterior Areas) for publishing to ARCHIBUS. This flexibility would better accommodate complex building layouts.

  9. Edit Archibus Data Dictionary Enum List Validation check, ab-edit-data-dictionary.axvw - can we add some kind of validation check to enumlist so that it is in the correct format and enum value is actually in database? From time to time, admin user might make some update on enumlist incorrectly and when the server is restarted, it cannot be boot up because there is an issue with the enumlist, usually it is the enumlist format is incorrect or the db value in the table does not have a matching enum value in afmflds.enumlist.

  10. Add the ability to use the date to perform (or similar) field instead of a certain number of days when setting up an SLA.

    Example: User submits a Conf. Room Setup request, these requests can vary widely in when they need to be performed. Some users submit them a week ahead, some users submit them a month ahead. Using the time to perform as the due date would alleviate the issue of setting a specific numbers of days to perform.

  11. For tagging/emailing from work requests in the maintenance console please add the following:

    1. add the option to email non-Archibus users (external emails)

    2. add a cc'd function so that all the people that are tagged are on the same email instead of separate ones

    3. The option to enter a sender email address. Such that when a client replies to an email from the maintenance console, it goes to the person sent the email from the maintenance console by default, or if selected, the sender email address specified.

    I have found that most people just hit the reply button when they receive…

  13. SaaS clients not happy with output options OOTB from the Space Console.

  14. In Workspace Booking, users can view the available spaces within a building without needing to click on each building. However, in Meeting Space Booking, the available spaces are not displayed directly. This requires users to click on each building individually to check availability, which can be time-consuming and less user-friendly.

    Proposed Improvement:
    Add a feature to Meeting Space Booking that displays the number of available spaces next to each building, like Workspace Booking.

  17. Update the drawing viewer in Move Scenario Planner to use common drawing control and tools - similar to space console.

  18. In Maintenance Console when I open a WR that has 3 priority P2, P4 and P5 (with default priority being P2) and I changed its priority from P2 to P5, then in the activities of the WR, I see that I changed the priority from 1 to 3, which are the order of the priorities, not their label.

    It would be better to display the label, e.g. Changed Priority from P2 to P5.

  20. Please add the work request ID onto actions created through the moves console (when generate service request is checked off) and if possible add the move's code to the work request that is created.

    Ideally the two would be linked so that when you click on the work request id in the moves console, it would pull up the work request in a pop-up window the way that linked work requests do. Similarly it would be use full to have something similar happen when the move code id is selected in the related work request.
