Improve PDF Generation of Floorplan

Printing/generating PDFs of floorplans needs to be improved overall to produce a professional looking product. Currently generating a pdf at full extents and at zoom produce different results including colors, clarity of label fonts and whether or not the Space Console settings (for example: turning drawing layers off) are honored or not. The problems are particularly visible on larger buildings. This function should be completely revamped. It is a weak component of the Space Management Information System and many clients have complained about this function. Thank you

    How was this idea finished? I can see almost all the issues described by Amy Sletta (if not all of them) happening on 2023.02.
    Is there any chance that the "Export to PDF" Command exports what the user has configured on the Space Console?

    Output to pdf w/ the titleblock should include option to print only the selected/loaded drawing(s) OR the entire list of drawings in the floors list.

    Having just started bonding with V26.1 I have to say this still needs help. Or the instructions need more help.
    It appears that the .svg files are used for the 'zoomed' / raster exports and .emf files are used for the full plan / vector exports.
    Our svg files seem ok after some tweaking, but emf files still have draw order issues. Just the fact that this difference is not well documented by now is very frustrating. As is the hunt for why some cad files are 'ok' and some 'fail' in weird ways.

    As more clients are deploying the Service Catalog it will be a great value add to have a standard PDF export functionality available for the general user via the Service Catalog.
