Adding Sender email, cc'd & external emails to Maintenance Console
For tagging/emailing from work requests in the maintenance console please add the following:
add the option to email non-Archibus users (external emails)
add a cc'd function so that all the people that are tagged are on the same email instead of separate ones
The option to enter a sender email address. Such that when a client replies to an email from the maintenance console, it goes to the person sent the email from the maintenance console by default, or if selected, the sender email address specified.
I have found that most people just hit the reply button when they receive emails, which for our environment sends it to our service desk email. This works well for the service desk, but for anyone else, they have to wait for someone with access to the service desk email to forward it back to the person the reply was intended for
