Easement Property Rights Integration/Module
The current Real Property application and schema structure allows for a very rigid 1-for-1 parent to child relationship, and only accounts for "Owned" or "Leased" property rights.
One critical element missing in the structure of Archibus is the ability to track Easement rights that are afforded to a company, especially where the company is primarily focused on infrastructure and utilities.
The attached images shows the complicated structure of easements required, in that a property records may have multiple easements located on different parts of it, and at the same time, one easement may span over multiple properties with numerous parties involved.
Consideration should be made to a specific "Easement Module" for future releases, in conjunction with allowing for polylines to be drawn with the reference plans that would be associated with these easements.
