  1. As we use the integration with REVIT for BIM integration, the use of different lengths for different codes of asset tables (eq,ta,fn...)
    It would be good to have the codes (and descriptions) length are all the same (to the longer ones) so they can be treated in similar ways in BIM and other systems.

  2. Writing upon request. There has been some effort to generate some linear asset functionality within Archibus as a extension. However, we are asking that the features are available as a more permanent module or be part of asset management. Such assets to manage include but are not limited to: sewer, water lines, wastewater, roads, sidewalks, eletrical lines, telecommunication lines and more.

    Archibus would ideally need to be able to do the following:
    - track inventory - linear assets tend to have tracking related to the length (for example, in km), condition, age, risk, remaining life

  4. In a view named "Occupancy Plan", a user displays in the drawing of a selected floor, the list of Employees and their Section Codes on each Room. The information are displayed as Employee 1, Employee 2, Section Code 1, Section Code 2. User prefers to have the information grouped together as Employee 1, Section Code 1, Employee 2, Section Code 2, is there a way?

  7. Multiple tables have a need to be archived as data grows in size, particularly the captured Metrics for trends, (afmmetrictrend_values) , notifications log, and data event logs. When there is no auto archive process integrated, an archiving console could be provided that will allow the user to determine
    a. the table to be archived
    b. whole or partial archive
    c. date or pkey (or other criteria) for archiving a partial data set
    d. merge to existing historical table or create a new historical table

    The process would then use these options to remove records from the data table…

  8. Provide ability to configure number of days leadtime before a move date can be requested.

    A lot of customers need X days notice before a move can be coordinated and scheduled. It would be very helpful to automatically disable dates from a calendar selection based on this setting. This will prevent users from selecting a move date of 'tomorrow' if the move team requires 5 days notice for planning and coordintation.

    Might even be helpful to have this at a building by building level

  9. It'd be good if you were able to measure room dimensions from within the Space Console. This would help massively with employees within our department who may want these dimensions but don't have access to AutoCAD/Revit

  10. Move Action Types get defined with a default Problem Type. It would be great if when you create a new move Action, it populated the problem type according to the stored default value for that Action Type.

  11. The Archibus "Data Source" API sets the "Name" of each data element in the JSON data to the Field Name from the Data Source (i.e. TableName + dot + FieldName). We have unsuccessfully tried a couple of ideas to specify an alternate "Name" of the data elements.

    The Customer Services Team advises me that there is currently no mechanism that will allow us to specify the "Name" of each data element in the JSON data.

Right now the only way that a "Guest" that has Arhibus access to be able to submit in a follow up inquiry is by our office creating an independent email account that they can submit in a question to - such as status of my work request. Our guests have to go through a secure sign on in order to be able to access the Archibus work request platform.
    With the integration of Microsoft Teams in our Hospital, would there be a functionality to create an instant chat function for our service desk to respond to instant message requests?

  14. When creating a reservations request and designating the number of attendees, a user can only use the +/- buttons to set the number of attendees. Would be ideal if a user could type in the number of attendees especially because most meetings are above 20 people.

  15. There is a desire to display certain asset text for selective room categories/types in the Workplace floor plan view. For example, showing the asset text for circulation, vertical, or particular service spaces isn't necessary for general, non-space driven users.

  16. A recent Penetration Test of WebCentral v25.4 included a vulnerability assessment requiring an update to JQuery Version v3.6.0 or greater.

  17. In Workplace there is the ability to find a person, room or equipment and pull up a floor plan. Would like to be able to upload site plans to view as well. Either CAD or JPG.

    Similar functionality exists in places outsode of Workplace, such as in the Space Console Advanced Search when selecting a building.

  18. Would like a way to show/hide Catalog options based on a User Role versus On or Off globally? This includes both items available in the Service Catalog as well the Find Person, Room or Equipment. Some Sites may need options available for one site but not another.

  19. A client has asked about the option to enable a Digital Signatures for maintenance. There was some sort of help file illustrating this to be possible on the mobile https://www.archibus.net/ai/abizfiles/v25.4_help/archibus_help/user_en/archibus.htm#whats_new23/dig_signature.htm?Highlight=digital%20signature
    that is if customized.

    Since it's been a while since this help file has surfaced, can there be the functionality available on webcentral and mobile? It would be nice to have that in the SLA wizard where someone can specify at what step a digital signature from what service agreement role is needed. Ie such as an approver or a supervisor.

  20. When viewing the made requests over to the workplace portal, it would be nice to see comments for the request. For example if a ticket submitted was rejected, it doesn't explain why there was a rejection to the end user.

    The email notification from the rejection also does not share the comment. But the rejection process done over in the webcentral maintenance console does have an area where you can write a comment so someone is filling that information out. Basically the requestor should know why it was rejected because it was a duplicate or was it because it's too…
