Chat assistance function
Right now the only way that a "Guest" that has Arhibus access to be able to submit in a follow up inquiry is by our office creating an independent email account that they can submit in a question to - such as status of my work request. Our guests have to go through a secure sign on in order to be able to access the Archibus work request platform.
With the integration of Microsoft Teams in our Hospital, would there be a functionality to create an instant chat function for our service desk to respond to instant message requests?
I am using the Help function as a basis of this inquiry.
