move labels
Add ability to print Move Labels from a group move - similar to the QR / pre-formatted labels from rooms and equipment.
Idea is to be able to print out labels w/ employee name, from and to locations formatted for stickers that can be attached to boxes; maybe include an option for how many labels to print for each person in the move

Allow supervisors or administrators to delete work logs
Starting in 25.3, craftsperson enter time as "Work Logs". These cannot be deleted via the Maintenance Console like assignments could previously.
We’re finding that many craftspersons don’t care for the start/stop functionality in the Mobile app and manually enter their hours on Mobile or the Maintenance Console. Supervisors and admins are still expecting to be able to edit and remove work logs when needed. It is not uncommon for there to be mistakes that need corrected.
Ideally, either supervisors would have the ability to delete these, or a security group could be added to control permissions for deleting work logs.

Sysadmin test view for SMTP email submission
Provide a way for sysadmins to easily test the SMTP configuration without entering dummy data into the system (but still record this in the notifications log table).
For example via a form with just a single button, that sends an email from the notificationSender to the administrator address, as defined in mail.properties. Optionally allow editing subject and body.

Horizontal Scroll Bar Only Appears After Scrolling to Bottom of the Page
This likely occurs in many reports but let's use the "Hoteling -> Bookings -> Review Desk Bookings" view as an example.
To reproduce this issue, have enough bookings so that a vertical scroll bar appears. For example, if Department Code or Visitor Name of the first record on the list, you would need to scroll to the bottom of the page to access the scroll bar, use the scroll bar to view a column that is off the screen, and then scroll back up to the top to view the first record.
This is inconvinient and makes it difficult to…

Microsoft Teams integration for Reservations/Hoteling
Multiple customers have recently been asking for a Microsoft Teams integration to support Reservations/Hoteling. As Teams is now becoming more of a central coordination point for many organizations, not just for chat but for file sharing and time management, keeping all administrative tasks centralized to a single app like Teams is desired. This could be as simple as an app built for teams that displays Archibus Workplace within the Teams environment.

Send Hoteling confirmation reminder when room is booked for next day
Lets says that MinutesNotifyForConfirmation is configured for 1 day. Let's also say that someone creates a booking for the next day. Since the time of notification (MorningStartTime) has passed, no confirmation required notification is sent. It would be nice if a notification was sent out in this scenario.

Disply Workplace Applications by Role
Currently, Workplace Applications display settings are universal. But different users need different applications (e.g., internal users need Hoteling, external users such as tenants, branch managers or vendors do not). Add security groups to control application display options (as in Mobile).

Limit Layers Displayed on Floorplans
Currently, all published layers display in Workplace floorplans. Many organizations publish many layers. Web Central views can control which layers display, but Workplace cannot. Perhaps a system parameter? Or a new publishing rule dedicated to Workplace. Best would be different settings for different Workplace application.

Manage Home Pages and Roles: Support Quarter Height Panels
The Manage Home Pages and Roles GUI only allows half, three quarters and full height panels. However, descriptor files also support quarter height. These are necessary for the v. 25 Building Metrics panels. Half height panels leave empty space.

Space Console Smart Search - show matched floors in Floors panel
Currently, Space Console Smart Search shows a list of matched floors in the dropdown list, where users can select one at a time to load the floor plan. (see ShowFloorsInDropDown.png)
Is there a need to show all matched floors in the Floors panel so that users can review the floors' metrics and pick one or more floors as needed? (see ShowMatchedFloorsInFloorsPanel.png)

Display the Title of the active Home Page rather than "Home"
In versions before 25, home pages displayed the title of the selected page. Now the title is only shown when the ... are selected and the drop down list of available pages is shown. While Home references the navigation that you are "Home", it would be helpful for users with different pages to see the page name displayed.

Knowledge Base Functionality
We frequently come across a requirement for a "Knowledge Base" that must be part of a proposed solution. ARCHIBUS has the Help files that can be appended and added to but there is no out of the box way for the customer to develop their own knowledge base as they grow with the system. A recent requirement is provided below. MH = Must Have, SH = Should have.
KM01 The Vendor shall describe how the solution establishes, supports and maintains a knowledge base. MH
KM02 The Vendor shall describe how knowledge management is integrated with incident/service management. MH

Make the Energy Star export available under Energy Management
The "Export Energy Star Data" task is currently only available under the Green Building application. It would make sense to have this available under Energy Management as well.

Allow for Anchor / fixed seat assignments within a Team (Team Space)
Many teams may allow for the majority of assigned employees to be free-address or not assigned to a particular rm/seat, but in some cases team members may have requirements to be assigned a specific seat as part of the team, and being included in the team space allocation for supply/demand planning. Examples include Executive Admins, those who need specialized stationary equipment at their workspace, VIPs, floor wardens/EHS personnel, etc. Or, an organization may want to allow for giving employees the option if they want to have a an assigned seat or not but still be part of their team, including…

Submit Work Requests to Structure (property record)
When reporting a problem, we struggle with assigning work requests to our locations that are structures (ie water towers, elevated tanks). It would be ideal to be able to submit a work request at the property level, as much of our service work is completed outside of our buildings at our structures.

Automatic Lookup Improvements
There are several improvement that can be made to the Automatic Lookups that would significantly reduce development efforts and updating of views:
1) Console filters field. Typically on forms, when a field with an Automatic Lookup has a value or a selection made, the lookup value appears below the field. This does not apply to console filters.
2) Read-only forms. Forms that are read-only, such as the Issue/Complete Service Request view do not show the lookup values. Like with edit forms, these should show the lookup fields. Another example of this is the "Overview" tab of the "Request Department Space"…

Room Reservations included in Capacity count
Enforcing capacity introduced in v25.4 for Hoteling. The feature takes into consideration occupancy/assigned seating as well as booked workspaces but the objective for some organizations is to ensure that there is a reduced number of people in their buildings and floors. So this means that people attending meetings who are also occupying space on the floor should be included in that count.
An application parameter to turn this on/off would make sense since there may be other organizations that don't want to include rooms in their occupancy/capacity count.
