  1. The current "PauseEscalationsforOnHoldWork" application parameter is pausing the escalations by “stopping the SLA clock” when set to '1'. This is useful for different client requirements, but some clients have different scenarios within the same environment so the global setting will not work e.g. an emergency cannot, but a routine task can be paused. We, therefore, recommend that this setting be managed on SLA level if possible. This will provide additional system flexibility.

  2. I would like to manage the notifications related to the MOVE Module with more flexibility and options.

  3. This recommendation is related with the control that the inventory manager and craftpeople have when they recive parts, by this I mean that both should have like a registry of what parts they have given or recive in order to avoid the wrong manipulation of the parts or losses.

    Also, would be good to see all the estimations by work request in an easier way.

In the corrective maintenence module, when a work request is created and the craftperson has to estimate the parts he will use, the system allows a supervisor to approve the parts estimation as long as the requests status is "assined to work order", if the request status changes to "Issued and in Process", then one cannot estimate parts, nor approve the estimation by a supervisor. The only action allowed is to add used parts by the craftperson. So, as a supervisor, it's hard to control and approve the material or parts needed according to their criteria. Now, what we think…

  5. If an end user has a location restriction for a select (more than 1) number buildings, the performance metrics are not limited to just the totals of the buildings they have visibility to.

    It would be helpful to have the building VPA carry thru to the granularity of ALL buildings that user has visibility to. As I understand it, the limitation of the application is to only the first building in the VPA:

  6. We are looking into a way to calculate the occupancy for assigned seating. We have situation where we have to assign wks to an employee permanently but it doesn't mean that this employee will show up every day in the office. But, it will affect our target capacity. We are looking into a way to ensure that specific wks are not available to everyone for booking as they are assigned to someone but also want to track to real occupancy for these wks.

  7. Add function that allows PMP's to be associated to eqstd or/and csiid so that PMS records can be auto-created with a default schedule date. If the PMP holds the interval information and table holding the relationship between csi and/or eq_std. This will allow for a number of useful features

    1. Quickly assign PMP to new assets
    2. Check if assets are assigned to the correct PMP's
    3. Add New PMP's to assets that are already in the system when things change.
    4. Review what assets need to be updated when/if PMP's are no longer required.

  8. Though we can limit the number of days in advance that employees can book desks, we would also like to limit the number of consecutive days. For example, we might allow bookings 30 days in advance, but we do not want an employee to book all 30 days. A new parameter could limit the number of consecutive days (e.g., two).

  9. Please add an application parameter to determine the default lease types to display in the Lease Portfolio Console.

    When managing leases for buildings and properties, EVERY time a user accesses the console, they must select the 'Move' button to view the Leases Associated With options and then select Structures/Land and then Filter.

  10. Using the SaaS product, we've been provided with a security key to be able to upload files via sftp for connector processing.

    When configuring a connector, in order to read a file from the sftp server, we are required to convert the pem to ppk and then upload the ppk to the /transfer-to folder to have it placed on the server.

    As this is controlled by the SpaceIQ/Archibus team, it would be very helpful for the SaaS team to pre-place a ppk file for sftp connections as well as have documentation for the required connector parameters to read the file.

  12. When you setup the PM for a piece of equipment, it copies over some of the data (specifically location data) from the equipment record to the PM Schedule record which is displayed in the PM Planner.
    If you change the equipment data (eg. location) after this has been setup, the changes do not automatically propagate to the PM Schedule record.

    If you wish to update the PM schedule you will either need to do so in a separate step or unassign the PM Procedure and reassign it to get the updated information propagated to the PM Schedule record. Only then…

    ESG (environmental, social and governance) factors have become increasingly important in business decision making, investment and finance. ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have proven not only ethical, but profitable and hence have become interesting to a wide swath of the business community.

    Can Archibus have some KPIs or white papers for defining or creating the parameters for ESG (environmental, social and governance) and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) report factors/indicators ?

  14. When making changes to a specific role, make it possible to only flush changes for the role(s) that were changed rather than all roles.
    When there are 80 users in the system, it is hard to implement a quick change to 1 role because flushing kicks out all users in the system.

  15. If one is using the Project Management Console, When one look at a project and all the actions in the project, one can create a service ticket once the action is in the scheduled status or so.

    But if one goes into a work package which shows a separate set of tabs for the actions, change request, etc, if one goes into the action level for that work package, you cannot create a service ticket here. It would be nice to have that feature consistent.

  16. If one is using the Project Management Console, When one look at a project and all the actions in the project, one can create a service ticket once the action is in the scheduled status or so.

  17. Implement a mechanism to avoid that users loose their local settings (e.g. Select Fields column layout, etc.) after clearing the web browser cache.
    Basically, when a user customize a grid panel's columns layout, perhaps hiding or showing more columns, those settings are stored locally on the user's browser temporary files. As soon as the user cleans the browser cache such settings are gone and he/she has to start over every time for all the views.

  19. Locate Employee should show an employee's location regardless if the location is primary or secondary. Currently the employee must have a primary location to display any locations.

  20. In the move Console, when one opens up the details of a group move, there used to be counts of Employees, New Hires, Employees Leaving, Equipment and Furniture but now they are gone. Please bring them back because it was helpful to see if there's data in those tabs.
