Add function that allows PMP's to be associated to eqstd or/and csiid so that PMS records can be auto-created with a default schedule date. If the PMP holds the interval information and table holding the relationship between csi and/or eq_std. This will allow for a number of useful features

1. Quickly assign PMP to new assets
2. Check if assets are assigned to the correct PMP's
3. Add New PMP's to assets that are already in the system when things change.
4. Review what assets need to be updated when/if PMP's are no longer required.

Once the Assets have a schedule the client can view it in the planner and adjust for load balancing. This will make it a lot easier and quicker, especially when data is created as part of a BIM or other new build/refurb project
