Archibus 3.0 App
Since upgrading to version 25.4 we have been using the Archibus Mobile Client 3.0, approximately 6 months of use. This app requires attention, as voiced in the app store reviews. Our staff have to continually uninstall the app to get functionality back, the app also crash's, looses connection and users encounter errors regularly. Leaving users questioning the value the app holds.
The fact that the latest app 4.0 is not compatible with version 25 is also troublesome. All I am looking for is an app that is reliable.

Tomcat 10
Please add support for Tomcat 10.1 (Servlet 6.0 and JavaServer Pages 3.1 specifications). Clients are increasingly requesting to stay ahead of the curve on tomcat, and now that Tomcat 8.5 is being de-supported, it would be helpful for those clients to move directly to tomcat 10 instead of 9.

Define Equipment Search Filter add additional selectable fields
Define equipment select available fields section on the filtering pane should be expanded to include additional fields. as a minimum include all of the descriptions for all of the current codes available. Many users rely on descriptions only.

Define API Wizard
Currently, custom API definitions are defined via axvws and potentially java. It would be nice to have a API wizard kind of like how you can use the view definition or homepage definition views. It allows the user to visually see the fields/tables to make available to the API and then at the end generates the axvw file. It would be good to also store API definitions in the database so that users can go find their APIs.

Space Console - Highlight Selected Rooms
In the space console, you can select a single room and the drawing (if loaded) will highlight that room.
You can also select (checkbox) multiple rooms and click the Edit icon to edit the multiple rooms.
It would be really helpful to add another option - Highlight Selected Rooms
This would enable a user to select multiple locations to highlight and print based on ANY type of filtering (rooms that they know have carpet....rooms that show round tables in them...)

Space Console - Promoted Fields in Advanced Search
Fields added via Promoted Fields for Rooms show up on the edit form in space console. Would be nice to be able to include those fields in the Filter console (Advanced Search).
This would greatly enhance the drawing highlights and space console functionality:
New Field - Tornado Shelter (Yes/No field)
Filter for Tornado Shelter = Yes
Any of the drawing highlights would only highlight w/ Tornado Shelter set to Yes (vs. just a highlight which would highlight both Yes and No rooms)

Health check section - Add a checkbox and add cancel booking button
In the Health Check section , It would be usefull to have an Agree checkbox to ensures user reads content and does not skip to confirm button.
Alternate option then confirm . Add a I agree checkbox, Cancel booking button and confirm button.
Explanation for process if a user has experienced any symptoms within the past 48 hours.

Lease Events Calendar view
Clients and prospects often request a calendar view of their lease events to show expiries and events. Can the existing Archibus calendar views be extended to allow users to see their upcoming lease expiries and options in a calendar and drill into the details?

Days available for booking in bold
In Hoteling, the days available for booking in the next month are not bold unless I click the arrow to change the month. It would help if you could see it boldly.

Filter and Sorting in the PM Planner
When using the PM Planner, we are not abke to use the grid filters (which are available in ohter views) so it would be a nice addition that would help filtering and accessing the different data

Ability to change the problem type on "PREVENTIVE MAINT" work requests
I often find that when the craftsperson links a request from a Preventative Maintenance Request, they forget to change the problem type from "PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE", to the correct on-demand problem type. Once this is done, since the SLA is not designed to move Preventative Maintenance work requests into the " Requested" status, the problem type cannot be changed.
There are a couple solutions/ improvements that I can see that would solve this issue:
add the ability to move Preventative Maintenance requests to the "Requested" status
When linking requests, change the default problem type to blank instead of the problem type…

Document Stored in file directories not the database
We are starting to have considerable problems with supporting databases of clients that have heavily adopted the uses of document management. This is giving us almost unmanageable size databases with 90% of the database size just documents. we have a 65Gb database with 55Gb of documents. I feel there is a definite need to review how documents are managed and look to store within files that are far more manageable and designed for storage of this kind and leave the data for data. if a method is identified an option should be created to move the current docs out, maybe…

Accept Parameters in Workplace
Workplace to accept parameters.
The following is a use case:
A client has an internet page you can find a location, employee etc. Example find John Doe, then from the internet page you select John's location and it launches workplace and displays the Johns location on a floor plan.

Archibus Web Central - Custom highlights without coding
Allow Space Managers and Asset Managers, to setup their own solid or border highlights for both equipment and rooms from within Web Central without having to code - Ex. Highlight equipment by equipment standard with Fire-Rated equipment highlighted in red.
Also, possibly combining multiple fields into a label.

Show Equipment Standard Description and Eq Description in PM Planner
This would be really helpful to use the Planners since now it is almost impossible to identify the different elements in the view (without cliking on the elements)
When using PM Planner it is really difficult for the user to identify the equipments and equipment standards so it would be really helpful to identify the different elements in the PM Planner

Work Request Highlight after being Selected in the Building Operations Console
In the Building Operations Console, it would be nice if after a work request is selected or opened it becomes highlighted in the Building Operations Console so that it can be easily found one the detailed work request window is closed.
This is especially true for users that oversee a high volume of work requests.

Allow configurable layers from Revit Publishing
Layers coming out of Revit during the publishing process are not configurable and do not match existing CAD layers. Clients can directly control DWG/DXF layers when exporting independently but Archibus is exporting via a set template. Can a client use a custom DWG/DWF Template when exporting so layers in published files match between CAD and Revit?

Manage content of Lease Alert email notifications
Please move the full configuration of the Lease Alert email notifications to the messages table so that table.field_name binding expressions can be used in the alerts vs. hard-coded {0} {1} {2} expressions w/no optoins to edit actual content.

Room Information and Images
In the Room Reservation workflow on the Workplace portal, it would be great for an employe to be able to bring up room information (to include an image of the space) from the floor plan, before selecting "Book" - this allows an employee to gain a better understanding of the space before they book it. Suggestion: an "Info" icon that displays on the Book Room pop-up that the employee can drill into, before hitting the "Book" button.
