PM Scheduling have an active and inactive flag to turn schedules off or on
PM Scheduling. The ability to have and active and in active flag on a PM Schedule to suspend the generation of the PM. this is currently only able to be done by changing frequency interval to mismatch with the current frequency or modify the frequency to no fall into any possible generation period.

ability to access all fields in related tables in list based reports similar to report central
A lot of clients overtime have customized reports like what they originally see in archibus, For example a maintenance history report or a invoice list and go and include fields that exist in the schema to these list style reports. While a lot of consoles now have the ability to pick available fields in many areas, it's not always pointing to the fields that clients need to use to make business decisions or have the kind of audit logging process they need. SaaS - Basic Rules Wizard
In a SaaS implementations, having the Basic Rules Wizard available to create methods that could be used as pre / post connector methods would provide what might be the last/missing piece to connectors.
A limitation of connectors is importing data into existing fields (em.namefirst and em.namelast) and then using those same 2 incoming fields to populate a third field, especially when trying to concatenate 2 fields AND use only a single character from one of the fields - left(namefirst,1) + ' ' + namelast

SaaS - Provide System Admin function to migrate from UAT
Currently in SaaS implementations, when cutting over to production, SpaceIQ support is required to migrate published drawings to PROD (or customers need to re-publish all drawings after cutting over)
Making use of either a wizard in the application to package the '/projects/hq' folder items OR making the folders available via sftp would help expedite the cut-over process (and provide more time for supporting other issues for SpaceIQ support staff)

Workplace Reservations: Ability to choose different room arrangements
Currently Workplace does not support display/choice of different room arrangements in reservations. Need the ability to choose and view images from the different room arrangements available for a specific room in Workplace.

Hoteling - Possibility to have Booking Restriction to some Rooms and no restriction to others
When Booking Restrictions is On, every single space represented as a Room, follows the restriction. So, there is no possibility to have a sector of few community desks booked by Employees from different departments, or divisions, etc.
Take parking lots as rooms for example. We shall need to have Booking Restrictions for desks but no restrictions when booking parking lots.

Move Request and Service Desk, Notifications
When created from the Workplace, the move request is associated to a Service Request. The Service Request follows the Move Request evolution. It opens the possibility to embed steps (notifications, satisfaction survey...) in the process.
When is created from any else place (e.g. Web Central), it is not associated. The ARCHIBUS behavior is then not similar depending of the origin of the request. It is not consistent.
The reason why is it interesting to associate the Service Request process, it to have the possibility to define notifications, approvals or other steps on a better and easier way.

Incognito Desk Booking
Some users would like the ability to book a desk in "Incognito Mode" - meaning the desk will be booked and set to "Unavailable," however, other employees will not be able to search for the employee to see where their desk is booked.

Geofenced Mobile App Check-In

Improve Revit publishing colors
Some customers request to have a better publishing color rules for Revit.
As you can see in the screenshots, the room delimiter, and some walls in Revit have special colors. But when it is published in Webcentral, the room delimiter is another color, and the wall are grey.23 votes -

Accessibility - Enable Booking Cancellation for Employees who book on behalf of other Employees
When booking for another employee it would be preferable that both the employee that booked the workspace and the employee that the workspace was booked for have the ability to cancel the booking. Currently, only the employee that the workstation was booked for has access to the booking. However, employees with a disability may not be able to cancel their booking, therefore the employee that made the booking on their behalf should also be able to cancel the booking.

Add Multiple Craftspersons when Editing Multiple Work Requests in the Maintenance Console
There are times when multiple Craftspersons are added to Multiple Work Requests in the Maintenance Console. Currently the Craftspeople need to be added individually. It would be nice if the Select Craftsperson could allow for multiple Craftspeople to be selected rather than one at a time.
This does not sound like much of a time savings for users; however, when there are more than a few Craftspeople to be assigned, the savings can be significant.

Highlight Multiple Room Standards - Space Console
When toggling highlights, users can turn on multiple highlights at once; however this functionality is not enabled for the room standards. Room standards tab is a single select where as the other highlights are multi-select.

Runoff Area Management
Upgrade runoff area management :
Technical : Identify each runoff by a multiple key instead of autoID, like the rooms
Functional : Integrate an area report (for example, at site level in Define Locations)
AutoCAD : Be able to associate a drawing to a site, not only a building (so far, runoff drawings have to be created manually in afm_dwgs).See an example below, as designed for a customer.
