Accessibility - Enable Booking Cancellation for Employees who book on behalf of other Employees
When booking for another employee it would be preferable that both the employee that booked the workspace and the employee that the workspace was booked for have the ability to cancel the booking. Currently, only the employee that the workstation was booked for has access to the booking. However, employees with a disability may not be able to cancel their booking, therefore the employee that made the booking on their behalf should also be able to cancel the booking.

To add to this, currently the person who does the booking is not logged anywhere so there is no accountability on who did the booking when booking for another employee. This is a critical feature.
