  1. Web Central Drawings to hide circulation space numbering. The numbering of circulation spaces on most floor plans is confusing for users and muddies up the drawings. This text should be removed from the floor plans.

    Our circulation spaces are identified through the Room type
    * Hide Room Code (rm.rmid) for any circulation rooms (rm.rmtype LIKE %CIRC%)

  2. After v26.3, Eptura added 4 new fields to the [afmnotificationslog] table. These fields are, [createdtime], [createdat], [emailcc], and [emailbcc].

    The View Notifications Log view in WebCentral that is used to view with Notification Log has not been updated to include those fields. The number of records in that table can get quite large, making the filters very valuable. In v26.3 and earlier, the Search by Date Range - From and Search by Date Range - To were valuable to search by the [serverdatesent] value. Since v26.3, the [created_at] is used when notifications…

  3. Enhance workplace portal/ reservations to use AI to notify and help plan the day for a user. Notify staff when colleagues are coming to the office, help reserve their favorite hotel, look at their schedule to see if they need a meeting space and help choose one with the appropriate size (local vs remote participants) and distance and typical preferred tech. This could also prompt after a hotel or room usage to see if everything worked properly or if a ticket needs to be opened.

  4. When there is an error in the document attached to a ticket that has been completed or replaced, the date of the replacement and the history of the comment cannot be viewed on the work order search screen.

    Is it possible to get a similar functionality like, Document Version Screen has the similar function (System --> Archibus Administrators Applicatoin Configuration --> Revisions by Document)

  5. I noticed that when I used the comments section to send an email from a work request, that there is no spellcheck feature to highlight words that are spelled incorrectly.

    As someone who does alot of communications in this manner, and doesnt have great spelling, this would be greatly appreciated.

Our stakeholder group that uses service desk currently has a management team that would like to oversee all tickets that their service providers handle, but with SLA configurations, we can only assign 1 service desk manager per ticket. We would love to have more than 1 assigned/have a workaround where multiple SD managers can oversee the same request.

    Our current workaround is to have the same login for 3 people (The management team), but this is not great as the email for escalation can only route to the one email (which is 1 person's email and not all).

  7. As a user, I do not want the entries in the mini filter of the "Select-Value" view to be automatically placed in quotation marks. The behavior occurs when the user makes an entry in a field and then clicks on "Select-Value". For example, in project.dept_contact. The automatic setting of an entry in quotation marks causes Archibus to search for the exact entry in the "Select-Value" view, which often leads to no results. It would be more user-friendly if the quotation marks were removed here.

  9. Reducing the spacing between rows in subsequent levels of the hierarchical tree. The idea is to make more data fit on the screen. Applies to all hierarchical tree views in Archibus.

  10. In date fields, after opening the calendar, when you hover over the day number, it should highlight or change the font color (before clicking). In older versions of the system, the font turned blue.

  12. There are a number of very useful Quick Filters and adding one for Work Requested Today would be extremely helpful. Currently a user has to keep updating the filter with a date range becasue there is no option for "Today".

  15. When a user is configuring questions to be displayed in the checklist on the Onsite App. And when these questions are set, they are displayed the same in the questionnaire for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

    We want a separate set of questions to be chosen/displayed for Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. As there is a question for the Root Cause of the problem which is only applicable in case of Corrective Maintenance and not required for Preventive Maintenance

  16. When searching for an employee, Archibus only shows exact matches. Therefore, if someone is searching for an employee who is programmed in Archibus with a middle name, they will not appear in the results and it is unlikely the person searching would know their middle name. Improving the search results to show close matches vs. exact would be helpful.

  17. When searching for an employee, Archibus only looks for exact name matches. Therefore, if someone is looking for an employee that has a middle name programmed in Archibus they won't show up in the results since it is unlikely the person searching would know their middle name. Improving the search function to show names that are close would be helpful vs. an exact match.

  18. As of now USER DEFINED FIELDS (UDF) can be added through coding, We want here should be a feature in Web Central, from where we can add the new UDF's without touching the code.

    This feature is requested by most of the Japanese market clients

  19. In the MAINTAINENCE CONSOLE --> WORK REQUEST SCREEN, While creating a Work Request there is a remove button(x) for Trades and Crafts person Assignment but there is no remove button (x) button for Work Logs.

    Can we add this feature / customisation in the newer versions of Archibus

  20. We should be able to at least see the equipment information when scanning the QR Code.

    We are expecting that as much information is visible in the Workplace App on scanning the QR Code for any equipment, at least the same information should also be displayed on the Onsite App
