  1. Currently the Requestor Phone number from the wr.phone field is NOT visible anywhere in OnSite. Ideally this would be visible on the work request listing page or at least on the work request detail page. The only phone number shown is if there is a value in the em.phone field it is shown when selecting the phone icon under the requestors name in the work request detail page.

  2. When creating new processes, the ability to copy exisiting processes would allow one to copy a similar process and modify it. This would be much less time consuming than having to mannually enter all of the different tasks into a new process.

  4. When we proceed with batch in the console or anywhere in the application, there is no confirmation dialog. You can for example batch cancel 200 work requests if you pick up the wrong button by accident (note that cancel is just beside approve).

    This would be a nice safety feature

  5. When migrating code and connectors to different environments for a client, often times the connectors in DEV, UAT and PROD will have the same connector name. This could be due to many factors, including custom db code that runs based on the connector name.

    It would be helpful to include the Connector Description in the email that is sent out via the connector email notifications. This way the connector code can remain the same in all environments w/ only the description being updated to include the environment name being sent from.

  6. Currently on the page which shows the list of work requests the Room Number is NOT visible. Our trades use this to plan their day and right now they have to go into each request individually to plan their day.

  8. Use actual equipment photos instead of EQ Std photos in OnSite. Equipment photos not showing on OnSite after scanning QR code - the system is looking for Eq Std photo instead of actual equipment photo attached to the equipment record.

  10. Labels generated for assets in-line or close proximity result in overlapping text making it difficult to determine asset code. Recommend some way to customize how resulting label text is generated from Revit SmartClient (i.e. rotate or assign an offset for certain assets). Another option would be to link Revit Annotation Symbols (tags) in published views to asset label text. This option would allow users to fully customize tag/text location in a Revit view prior to publishing. Additionally, looking for any recommended workarounds until this issue can be resolved.   11. In recent versions of Archibus - version 2023 and later, it looks like you have to connect to a valid email server in order to view emails sent in the Notifications Log. Prior 2023 versions, you can set up a dummy email server and when it failed to send a notification, you can still see it in the Notifications Log, with the email status "ERROR" and the error details (e.g. failed to connect to smtp server..)

    This capability to view emails that failed to send in the Notifications Log was intentionally taken out in version 2023. It would be great…

  12. The completed checklist can be unlocked and edited (modified) only using the onsite, but not in Web Central.

    We would like to have the web central also has the same functionality to be able to do this.

  13. Hotelling currently only allows approvals for employees whose departments have an approving manager assigned.

    Often the workspaces themselves will require approval, no matter who is booking.

    Rather than have approvals based on the employee department, please create the ability to enforce approvals based on the room/workspace department as well.

  14. When publishing CAD plans, ARCHIBUS reports an OK at the end.
    This happens even if no SVG file was created as a result.
    The user does not recognize whether the publication was complete, partial or not.

    The customer request is that the publishing function logs when an object could not be processed successfully.
    The information should accurately identify the object (e.g. via ehandle) and, if possible, also identify the problem that led to the error.

    The publication should not be aborted, but rather skip the unpublished object if necessary and log this.

  15. Currently, a requestor in Workplace and a technician in OnSite can view each other's comments, which is a great start. However, there is a missing piece to the communication roundtripping.

    A technician can tag the requestor when commenting from OnSite, who will receive an email notification. However, when a requestor comments in the Workplace, the technician will not get notified; thus, it is hard to respond in a timely matter.

    Can we implement a tagging feature when commenting in Workplace, similar to OnSite? This small enhancement will ensure the tagged person gets notified via email instantly so that they can…

  16. The final button to confirm a meeting should read "Confirm" or similar instead of "Next ->" so the user is aware there are no more steps to complete and they are about to commit the reservation. Screenshot attached.

  17. When using drawing check-in/check-out, copies of the DWG files on the local PC are named in all lowercase, despite them being in uppercase on the server.

    For example:
    • File on server: BL-FL-01.dwg
    • File on local PC: bl-fl-01.dwg

    We have found this can trigger case-sensitivity errors, especially when XREFs are involved, in third-party applications that utilize and process the AutoCAD drawings. The errors are not within Archibus itself and there is no impact to Web Central or Workplace. We have clients who use third-party tools to publish AutoCAD drawings (stored on the Archibus server) for purposes outside of Archibus.…

  18. The systems does not validate your records when you go though complex processes. It's critical that the system send some validation messages to the user. Examples:

    • if you forget location on a equipment, assign it to a PM and create a schedule, the PMS will keep a copy of the equipment information inside the pms table and you will keep it for a long time. If your SLA is based on location, it won't work and you won't know
    • if you delete a craft, you loose all the work logs associated to that craft, no messages

  19. Add ability to include move request fields in email content using binding expressions.

    example:
    Move: {mo.emid}
    From: {mo.from
    blid} - {mo.fromflid} - {mo.fromrmid}
    To: {mo.to
    blid} - {mo.toflid} - {mo.torm_id}

    And for group moves, include ability to email a list of the MO records in the group move:

  20. Add move application parameters (and apply the settings to the move module, obviously...)

    setting a value of 10 will not allow selecting a move date earlier than 10 days (oposite of reservations and max number of days)
