We are looking for a way to be able to prepare in advance a plan for a new space or a reconfiguration without affecting the current information in the system.
For example, I have a floor on which reservations are in progress throughout the week. On Friday evening, the floor will close for a complete furniture reconfiguration. On Monday morning, we want the plan in the system to represent the new layout.
As it may be almost impossible to tag the drawing, assign the capacities, rm standard, rm category & type, department, set hotelable wks... during this weekend, we would like to be able to do the work in advance.
On the other hand, since the existing plan must be in the system until Friday evening, do I have to create another copy and, if so, how to not affect the reports on spaces (m2 counted twice etc.)
