Allow license to be split unevenly during clustering task
The task that splits a license file for use on a cluster always splits it evenly between servers in the cluster. So this is not an ideal tool if you need to split your licenses unevenly, for instance if external contractors use a different authentication method to sign into Web Central than internal staff do (https://www.archibus.net/ai/abizfiles/v24.1_help/archibus_help/system/sysman.htm#security_usage/mixed.htm)
If you have 20 contractors, and 200 internal staff members, you probably don't want a 50/50 split of licenses between these two servers, but this is the only built-in license split that is available.

When Editing a Reservation, if date/time is changed, send cancellation email for original reservation
When Editing a Reservation, a new email is sent for changes (date/time), but no cancellation email is sent to remove original reservation from users calendars.
It should also generate the cancellation if an Attendee is removed from the original reservation

ServiceNow integration for IT Asset Management (ITAM) / IT Service Management (ITSM)
We are seeing more requests for single service desk and asset management systems that will support Operations and IT. Has there been any discussions of building an extension to interface with Service Now or build ITIL processes and functionality into ARCHIBUS?

More flexibility on when a room is reservable
Either a calendar to select which days a room is reservable/not reservable or the ability to specify which days of the week a room is reservable.
For example, I have a client that does not want rooms reservable on weekends.
Being able to set it on a per room basis in "Reservations -> Background Data -> Define Room Arrangements" would be ideal.

Hide Complete action when tickets are On Hold
When tickets are put on hold, users should take the ticket off hold and put it back to Issued and In Progress, and then work to complete it. This allows managers to identify what's really on hold and what's really being worked. It would be more user friendly if the Complete action was not available when a ticket is On Hold so it forces the user to either put it back in progress or close it out from the On Hold status.

Configure Escalation Emails
Currently escalation emails are sent after a WR/WO is overdue. Users would like to be able to configure when escalation emails are sent to help them better manage their work. If escalation emails are sent out the day before it's due, craftsperson(s) can prioritize their work better and be alerted of what is due soon.

Display Due Date Time for Work Requests Building Operations Console
Currently SLAs take into account the date AND time that the WR was submitted. For example, if a WR was submitted at 11AM on 4/1/20 and had a 5 day SLA, it would be due 4/6/20 at 11AM. Users would like to see the time in the Building Operations Console so they know when they need to complete the request within the day to make sure it is completed on time. Right now, they just see the date and if they completed it at 11:01AM -- it would be considered late.

UX - Switch the User Profile button and the Home page buttons around 25+
From a user interface perspective, the user profile button / sign out button is always the top right button on a website. For whatever reason, it is backwards in ARCHIBUS, often leading to the wrong menu getting picked. Take a look at google, or microsoft office as an example it is always the top right.

Notification Templates
Notification Templates in the Compliance Module have a set recipients for the template, this is a little awkward and it would be better if there was an option to set the template to send to the 'Person Responsible' or 'Vendor' or 'contact' or all 3 with a free text option also. The person/s that an email need to be sent to can often differs at different levels even within the same requirement. When a template is assigned to an event there is no option to adjust the template so a new template needs to be created. This means a new…

Change the Default Calendar View
It would be useful to be able to change the default calendar view to scheduler or work week, and not the week view. Most users are making a view change as their first step in making a reservation.

Provide a Weekly Scheduler View in Calendar
A weekly/work week version of the scheduler view would allow users to view room availability at a glance and better plan their reservations.

Filter in Space Console by Room Standard
Right now it is not possible to filter in the advanced filters by the standard. This was possible in the old console and it would be really useful.
Adding to this in the standards tab, the calculations made are not equivalent to the ones in the divisions/department and category tabs.

Management of Layouts and Spaces with Furniture
As Space Manager, I want to position the Tagged Furnitures by Drag and Drop in floor plan (SVG) in Web Central (i.e., Browser client), so that I have not to do the postioning in AutoCAD and publish the SVG again for each change.
Rules:
- on demand positioning of single tagged furnitures can be done by drag and drop
- several tagged furnitures can be positioned by drag and drop in a move project and / or move scenarios
- the postioning by drag and drop will update the location attributes (i.e., room, floor, building, etc.) of the tagged furnitures…5 votes -

Equipment standard based bulk asset generation Improvement
The equipment standard and bulk generation needs to be improved. The use case is if I'm going to make the effort to define an equipment standard where I've added in manufacturer information, CSI information, costs and model information, this should have copied over for the asset registry.
So here's the use case. I have to create 10 extra equipment that came in a batch. The only thing different about these 10 items is the serial number and the unique asset ID. Meaning it's the same model number, same cost, same extra attributes, same warranty, same PO invoice.
The improvements that…

Link true costs to maintenance requests and projects
Pretty much all lease departments have to handle this some way. The existing workflow is to create CAM cost to handle maintenance but these CAM costs aren't specifically linking to a maintenance request or a project. So the idea was it would only satisfy the lease agreements which handle a blanket CAM cost.
However, in real life, leases in which the client is acting as the tenant, don't have true control to set up the lease agreement this way because they use the landlord's version of the lease agreement since the tenant doesn't own the building. So as a result,…

Need an approver level security group to approve Costs in Cost Administration's Cost wizard
Under Real Property/Costs/Cost Administrator/Costs Wizard - Leases, Buildings, and Properties
Most folks have an approval workflow where certain costs like maintenance costs associated to a lease or a project cost associated to a lease have to be approved. While his view allows folks to edit, view and approve recurring, scheduled and actual costs but then once you get into this view, there's no special security groups required here.
It would make sense that there is a approval level security group that can approve the scheduled costs. That way the others who have access to this report are there to just…
