Notification Templates
Notification Templates in the Compliance Module have a set recipients for the template, this is a little awkward and it would be better if there was an option to set the template to send to the 'Person Responsible' or 'Vendor' or 'contact' or all 3 with a free text option also. The person/s that an email need to be sent to can often differs at different levels even within the same requirement. When a template is assigned to an event there is no option to adjust the template so a new template needs to be created. This means a new template needs to be created for every differing recipients change and this can be vast. I feel by including this option the templates will become more flexible and remove the need to create 100's maybe thousands of templates just to adjust the recipients. Unless i have it all wrong and it works differently. The current design is ok for demos and really small environments, but in the real world even a medium size business is going to struggle with this.

I totally support this as I currently have to send emails to a generic email address and then they need to forward to the right person (who's the "responsible person") using Outlook.
