Submit Work Requests to Structure (property record)
When reporting a problem, we struggle with assigning work requests to our locations that are structures (ie water towers, elevated tanks). It would be ideal to be able to submit a work request at the property level, as much of our service work is completed outside of our buildings at our structures.

We would want to assign the work request to a pr_id, similar to assigning a work request to a bl_id.

Would the lon/lat field not help with this?
