Ability to change the problem type on "PREVENTIVE MAINT" work requests
I often find that when the craftsperson links a request from a Preventative Maintenance Request, they forget to change the problem type from "PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE", to the correct on-demand problem type. Once this is done, since the SLA is not designed to move Preventative Maintenance work requests into the " Requested" status, the problem type cannot be changed.
There are a couple solutions/ improvements that I can see that would solve this issue:
add the ability to move Preventative Maintenance requests to the "Requested" status
When linking requests, change the default problem type to blank instead of the problem type that the request is being linked from
Provide a way to change the problem type of Preventative Maintenance requests, while they have the status "Assigned to Work Order"

Possibly use a parameter "inherit Problem Type from Parent" yes no
