Maintenance Console Saved View of Selected Work Request Fields
There is an option to turn on specific fields to make visible. Based on users and multiple departments needing different fields displayed, it would be more efficient if as a user can save multiple views based on who the user is working with and not reset when cache is cleared. See attached images for examples.

Have a way to Disable/Deactivate Users
It would be nice for there to be a way to temporarily disable a user with a simple switch on the user record. This gets asked semi-frequently and while there are functional ways to accomplish this, they are clunky and not intuitive.
This should work with ARCHIBUS Authentication and all flavors of SSO. So with SSO, if the user is disabled in Archibus they would not be allowed access even if they authenticate with the directory/identity provider and even if automatic guest login option is enabled.

Enhanced integration between Reservations and Building Operations
- The Work Request created from a Reservation should have all the details from the Reservation.
- The Problem Types for pre and post works should be configurable.
- There should be a more robust way to configure the SLA for this Problem Types, including a Work Team and not just a Trade.
- Rooms should remain blocked for reservations until the after cleaning work is complete (regardless of the post block previously configured).
- All this should be implemented also for Hoteling (i.e. Hoteling bookings should also have the option of generating pre and post cleaning works)

Provide an option to match equipment location and WR location automatically
With Version 25, any mismatch between location of WR and location of Equipment is detected and not allowed. On web central, a pop up is displayed asking the user if they would like to change the WR location to the equipment location or, if they have rights to, if they would like to move the equipment to the WR location. On mobile, if you select a different building/floor/room after adding a piece of equipment, it immediately removes your equipment from the WR without any prompt.
Could this be setup to be a customizable option instead?

REST API - Set JSON Data Element Name in Data Source
The Archibus "Data Source" API sets the "Name" of each data element in the JSON data to the Field Name from the Data Source (i.e. TableName + dot + FieldName). We have unsuccessfully tried a couple of ideas to specify an alternate "Name" of the data elements.
The Customer Services Team advises me that there is currently no mechanism that will allow us to specify the "Name" of each data element in the JSON data.

Parts by Equipment
The ARCHIBUS Database and web central application allows the clients to maintain the parts that are required per equipment.
View File: ab-def-eq-pt.axvwHowever, this information is not readily available on the WR. If a link to this information is added from the WR (both building operations console and mobile app), it will add tremendous value for the user to maintain this information in ARCHIBUS. Otherwise, this will continue to be maintained in an adhoc manner.

Workplace Asset Text
There is a desire to display certain asset text for selective room categories/types in the Workplace floor plan view. For example, showing the asset text for circulation, vertical, or particular service spaces isn't necessary for general, non-space driven users.

Too many CANCEL buttons
On the screen where users can see their workplace bookings or their meeting room reservations there are 3 cancel buttons: to cancel an individual booking, to cancel the whole series, and on the top right corner of the screen there is another cancel button to leave the screen. Better rename the latter button to "Home" for example.

Adding Comments prompt at Status Updates in Building Ops
Ability to prompt the user with a comments popup when updating the status of a work request. It would be applicable for all statuses, similar to the prompt when changing the status to "Issued In Process"

Include fields from standard tables in the Smart Client Analysis report
As a Space Manager I would like to be able to generate statistics that include data from standard tables using the Analysis tool. Now the standard fields are shown in the Smart Client grid but are missing from the Analysis reports.
Our clients export the data and use Excel to generate a statistics report. We do have some predefined custom reports but this Analysis tool would be a great added value if it included the standard tables. The clients should be able generate new statistics on the fly without our intervention or technical limitations.

Employee image
Some clients are unable to upload photos of employees for security concerns. It would be nice if the default 'image' could be the users initials (similar to what office 365 does) if a photo isnt uploaded.

Planned maintenance forward planner
A standard feature of other maintenance applications (i.e. Maximo) is to provide a forward maintenance planner or 52 week planner. We really struggle to do this in Archibus. We have set up all our schedules with dates and frequencies so its must be possible.

Space Management Background data should have access to define Contacts
When the space users or cloud users go into the background data of space and can get to the 'Define locations' report, they can access the site level data and subsequently edit a point of contact field which is from the contacts table, the only issue is there's no access to modify the list of contacts from the process navigator if only foundations or the Space Module was acquired.

Submit Work Requests to Structure (property record)
When reporting a problem, we struggle with assigning work requests to our locations that are structures (ie water towers, elevated tanks). It would be ideal to be able to submit a work request at the property level, as much of our service work is completed outside of our buildings at our structures.

Assigning "Custodians" at a group level, instead of Employee level
When Assigning Assets to Custodians, it is possible to assign the assets to a custodian team, instead of an employee.
For example: our IT assets belong to / are managed by our IT department, where our HVAC / Electrical assets belong to / are managed by our Operations team.
Is it possible to leverage the Team Member tab and be able to associate IT assets to the IT Team? By assigning "Bob Smith" to the IT Team, he would be a custodian on that asset in the EAM console?

Occupancy Plan: new grouping information in the drawing
In a view named "Occupancy Plan", a user displays in the drawing of a selected floor, the list of Employees and their Section Codes on each Room. The information are displayed as Employee 1, Employee 2, Section Code 1, Section Code 2. User prefers to have the information grouped together as Employee 1, Section Code 1, Employee 2, Section Code 2, is there a way?
