Room Reservations included in Capacity count
Enforcing capacity introduced in v25.4 for Hoteling. The feature takes into consideration occupancy/assigned seating as well as booked workspaces but the objective for some organizations is to ensure that there is a reduced number of people in their buildings and floors. So this means that people attending meetings who are also occupying space on the floor should be included in that count.
An application parameter to turn this on/off would make sense since there may be other organizations that don't want to include rooms in their occupancy/capacity count.

Combined Occupant List
There's some separate reports showing who is in the building so far, what would be useful is a report that combines the list of all who should be in a place especially for the purposes of emergency prepardness/return to work.
It would be best if the report can have settings to toggle showing:
* hoteling request - the people and the visitor contacts
* reservations - the reservation attendees
* assigned desks - the people and contact info
* with an option of displaying a table coming from different sources? - ie when the client wants to integrate card reader…5 votes -
Building Operations Report Console additional filter capabilities
- Add Date Range to the filter console
- Enable user to select any work status in the filter console (All, Requested, Completed, Closed, In Progress, On Hold, etc.

Configure Escalation Emails
Currently escalation emails are sent after a WR/WO is overdue. Users would like to be able to configure when escalation emails are sent to help them better manage their work. If escalation emails are sent out the day before it's due, craftsperson(s) can prioritize their work better and be alerted of what is due soon.

Quick booking for a favorite desks
Users who are now having to constantly come into the office would want to have an ability to star/favorite a set of favorite desks so that they can book faster on the workplace portal.
The flow could be something like this:
1. go to the portal
2. book a desk
3. the floor plan loads up a floor, likely defaulted to their em.fl_id record
4. a minor star icon or some highlight can be shown to show their most frequently used/preferred desk.There would be a place to also set 'save as favorite desk' as well.

Conditional formatting for filterable consoles - Space, Building Ops, Move, Lease
Many of the consoles (Space , Lease, Building Operations, Move ) display grids of information that are reviewed based on criteria such as priority, dates, status, etc. The ability to highlight based on value related criteria would be fantastic, and could be implemented in a variety of fashions.
One such approach would be allowing a view related to each console for If>then logic for each field, very similar to the filter panel available in Smart Client.

Have the apply lease template appear in the Lease Console Add new lease form
The lease templates is where you can generate the next lease by copying the values from the template, but is you can't create a new lease from a template while in the lease console.
So you can create a template here:

Automated employee photo upload
I have followed the process outlined in the help to globally import employee photos so that they are available in Workplace. It worked well but seems to be a detailed process that has many steps.
1. Would like to see a way to get the images in easily. Our client would like them to display on Workplace and be updated regularly. It would be ideal to have a connector and be able to tie it in with automated feeds from a clients HR system.

Allow for Anchor / fixed seat assignments within a Team (Team Space)
Many teams may allow for the majority of assigned employees to be free-address or not assigned to a particular rm/seat, but in some cases team members may have requirements to be assigned a specific seat as part of the team, and being included in the team space allocation for supply/demand planning. Add a checkmark for New Hire Moves and when adding New Hires to a group move, to also add them to the employee table.

When Editing a Reservation, if date/time is changed, send cancellation email for original reservation
When Editing a Reservation, a new email is sent for changes (date/time), but no cancellation email is sent to remove original reservation from users calendars.
It should also generate the cancellation if an Attendee is removed from the original reservation

Generate PPMs based on EQ
When you generate equipment based PPMs you can do so by filtering it to Site, Building, Floor, PM Schedule Group & Trade.
Can this list be expanded and especially have the option to filter by EQ fields - EQ ID, Standard, EQ system ID etc, but definitely EQ ID.
And in both eq and location PPM generation screens to be able to filter by the PM procedure.6 votes -
Increase performance of trees or do not autoload data for any views that have trees.
If you have a large dataset, any view with trees takes a long time to load. The Define Locations is a perfect example. There is no option to cancel the process once it has started, so you are stuck waiting for all of the data to load when you first enter the form. Update stock so these views do not load data when the form initially loads.

Social Distance circles based on room category / type
There is already a requested enhancement to allow capacity limits by floor rather than building. The added ability to set social distance circles based on a room category/type should also be considered. For example a hard walled office with a capacity of 1 might be smaller in width than the "6 foot" distance. If this occurs, the office and its adjacent office would have red circles. See attached clip.

Strategic Space Planning - be able to set end dates when selecting a space requirement and more bulk editing features
In the strategic space planning console, you can create a scenario and grab a pre-built space requirement.
The current screen that allows you pick a space requirement requires you to select each period one by one, there should be a quick selection.
You then have to put in start date but there's no end date. This makes it difficult to create a forecast where you're trying to decrease space.
So once you added the requirement, now no matter what, it assumes all scenarios are growth only but not a true decrease scenario. Hence the end date would help set that…

Consistency between modules / applications
It seems very apparent that different parts of the application are developed by different groups with different 'design' teams...
For example - create a maintenance request in workplace, you can select the location from a drawing; Create a move in workplace, you can only select from a list of rooms - drawing should be an option for all room selections in workplace
Another example - In hotelling, to set rooms as hotellable, you have to drill down to a room via a tree view; SEtting rooms as reservable in Room Reservations, you have a filter console to search - so…

Responsive Hot Desk booking for Back to Work
I propose to create a dynamic/ responsive booking process with automatic Social Distancing logic – this means:
1. All of the Hotelable rooms are designated as “Available”
2. When a room (desk) is booked, the system automatically checks the room’s proximity to other rooms and turns “Unavailable” all rooms that fall within the specified social distance radius.Benefits:
1. Move away from a static floorplan layout – more flexibility
2. Increase room availability – let say that one room is in the cleaning process, users can still use all the rooms around it.

mixed user login
LDAP and Non LDAP mixed user setup
It would be good to be able to support a mix login feature to allow for both staff and contractors to get access to ARCHIBUS.
Often we have clients that need to have a SSO or LDAP solution for the majority of internal staff users, however often within a building we have, non staff and contractors that need to access ARCHIBUS to either report a problem, manage tasks assigned to them (work requests or assessments). or room bookings etc.
