  1. All projects perform risk assessments and how to remediate.
    Realistically this could be done with the questionnaire framework in compliance. But we need a bit more functionality.

    1. We can enter a risk within the questionnaire but there needs to be a evaluation of the risk for high, medium, lows, this can be a risk to the schedule or to the cost
    2. There needs to be linkage to remediation actions ie the action items that if completed, it reduces the risk level by how much

  3. Since 2022.01 the overview at a glance is missing in the building ops console. Pre 2022.01 one could quickly see the scheduled or estimated work orders and the 'next actions' were marked with an asteriks.
    The new console has a lot of enhancements, but that status overview is missing.
    From ARCHIBUS Support I got the info that a modification is in the pipeline to get the an overview of the status by hovering instead of having to select an actual work request.

    Imho showing a few additional flags (asterisk, pending actions) would be very usefull in addition to that hovering…

  4. Enabling workplace in kiosk mode automatically signs in the GUEST account
    However if SSO is enabled it is not possible to sign in as GUEST
    Therefore the kiosk feature is not available for those clients (which are pretty numerous).
    A solution could be for instance to be able to define a specific user account to be used with the kiosk (instead of the default GUEST account).

Where condition assessments are usually done through external means such as a survey (excel, or other systems) there is usually extra data where it doesn't fit into Archibus' condition assessment table. It would be good for the condition assessment to have UDFs too as well as some child table to store additional UDFS. Condition assessment data often comes with additional information such as price inflations considerations, price breakdown and investment strategies for assessments.

  8. In a SaaS implementations, having the Basic Rules Wizard available to create methods that could be used as pre / post connector methods would provide what might be the last/missing piece to connectors.

    A limitation of connectors is importing data into existing fields (em.namefirst and em.namelast) and then using those same 2 incoming fields to populate a third field, especially when trying to concatenate 2 fields AND use only a single character from one of the fields - left(namefirst,1) + ' ' + namelast

  9. Locate Employee should show an employee's location regardless if the location is primary or secondary. Currently the employee must have a primary location to display any locations.

  10. Currently Smart Client does not support TLS 1.3 encryption protocol, however our clients are starting to ask for this. Furthermore, since TLS 1.0 and 1.1 have known vulnerabilities at this time, it is only a matter of time before a vulnerability in TLS 1.2 is found. If a TLS 1.2 vulnerability is found, it will be very bad for our clients as IT departments may begin blocking TLS 1.2 connections, which will render Smart Client unusable.

  11. Define equipment select available fields section on the filtering pane should be expanded to include additional fields. as a minimum include all of the descriptions for all of the current codes available. Many users rely on descriptions only.

  12. Our customer uses the GRID 3.0, which is used e.g. in ab-request-console.axvw. The customer can edit/select data in the GRID.

    There are the following basic requirements, which should be changed from the customer's point of view in the core of the application (of the GRID 3.0):

    (1) The column width of the fields in the DataGridSelectionBox should be changeable by the user.

  13. In the Health Check section , It would be usefull to have an Agree checkbox to ensures user reads content and does not skip to confirm button.

    Alternate option then confirm . Add a I agree checkbox, Cancel booking button and confirm button.

  15. REST APIs need to be able to be configured/enabled along w/ using SAML SSO.

    Currently, if SAML is configured, there does not appear to be a way to access the sub-url api/v1/data using the tokens accessed via Okta

  16. We are looking into a way to calculate the occupancy for assigned seating. We have situation where we have to assign wks to an employee permanently but it doesn't mean that this employee will show up every day in the office. But, it will affect our target capacity. We are looking into a way to ensure that specific wks are not available to everyone for booking as they are assigned to someone but also want to track to real occupancy for these wks.

  17. Currently the PM Planner has a filter for PM Date Status option of 'Missed'. This includes PM's that have not been completed as well as those that were not generated, and requires looking at each individual PM to determine the reason for the flag.
    Breaking the 'missed' status into 'Not Generated' and 'Not Completed' would be a more ideal reporting/planning feature for those clients wishing to differentiate.

  18. Add a new functionality where the “holders of a workstation” can free the usage for some time (or undefined).
    It they free the workstation for an indefinite time they should be able to recover it as well

  19. The capacity management feature that’s new to v25.4 was a welcome sight and it’s a feature that many clients have been looking forward to. There has been some feedback on ways to improve the feature and increase its flexibility.

    • It’s missing the ability to set different capacities for different floors in a building.
    o Currently setting the Occupancy Target % will apply the same value for each floor. Even though a good number of cases will be fine, there are times it will differ and being able to set it at the floor level would be helpful.

  20. Implement a mechanism to avoid that users loose their local settings (e.g. Select Fields column layout, etc.) after clearing the web browser cache.
    Basically, when a user customize a grid panel's columns layout, perhaps hiding or showing more columns, those settings are stored locally on the user's browser temporary files. As soon as the user cleans the browser cache such settings are gone and he/she has to start over every time for all the views.
