Where condition assessments are usually done through external means such as a survey (excel, or other systems) there is usually extra data where it doesn't fit into Archibus' condition assessment table. It would be good for the condition assessment to have UDFs too as well as some child table to store additional UDFS. Condition assessment data often comes with additional information such as price inflations considerations, price breakdown and investment strategies for assessments.

If there can be a child tables where you can categorize the UDF groups, such as a grouping for costs breakdown, a grouping for scheduling scenarios of work and other factors then each category can have UDFs to support the data.
