View and Print Floor Plans (WST)
The View and Print Floor Plans view is great for the current state of layouts, but clients using Workspace Transactions (WTS), also want the ability to print previous points in time. They want to select a date and view the highlights, then print to the same page layout (with title block and legend) with the selected date added to the print.

Email reports on a schedule to specific groups of users
Customers are requesting the ability to email reports to different groups of users on a schedule. For example, on every Monday morning, send an email to all supervisors of open work requests as a PDF attachment to an email.

Allow the Hoteling application the ability to book in 30 minute intervals. The options of morning, afternoon or all day only is limiting.

Space Console - Sort Organizations / Room Categories panels
Customers that use numbers for dv/dp and then names for the descriptions are locked into sorting the Division/Department list by the ID. If the ID field is turned off and only the name displays, the list still sorts by the ID, not sorted by name, making it difficult to find the Division/Dept
Users should be able to sort the data by the name field vs. the ID field

Move Questionnaire Linked to Actions
Ability to link Actions to a Move Questionnaire, similar to how Actions are linked to Work Packages and Project Templates in the Capital Projects module.
The goal is auto-create Actions for a move based on a Yes/No responses in a questionnaire. Certain questions always require an action, currently this requires a Move Coordinator to manually add actions for each move based on the response. If this were auto-created based on a template, it would save a tremendous amount of time managing moves.

508 Accessibility Compliance - Mobile App
As a federal government customer and user with over 50,000 staff worldwide, I want the mobile application to be fully 508 compliant. The user experience should not be limited to Workplace. Many of our users with accessibility issues serve in roles that are not mirrored in or addressed by Workplace.
Significant improvements have been made in Workplace with the release of 2022.3 (https://spaceiq.uservoice.com/forums/925339-archibus/suggestions/39281131-508-wcag-accessibility-compliance). This same effort needs to be applied to the mobile application.

Delete Craftsperson Warning Message
Define Craftspersons page should display a warning if the craftsperson you are deleting has logged hours on work requests. Currently, if you delete a craftsperson with logged hours on a work request, the craftsperson and all associated logged hours are removed from the work request.
Requested change: Display a warning after clicking the Delete button and before deleting that craftsperson that informs the end user that deleting the craftsperson will also delete all hours logged on work requests for that person. Present a Confirm/Cancel option. Confirm: deletes the Craftsperson. Cancel: no records deleted.

By default, all reports should have an index so that there is no more reports that are not showing all the records.

Ability to Print Questionnaires
The ability to be able to Print a completed compliance questionnaire is essential to some business processes. Having a physical copy or pdf copy of a completed questionnaire will allow a safety director or internal auditor to follow up on completed questionnaires that trigger a safety concern or violation. Being able to address the person who completed the questionnaire with an actual copy to determine if safety concerns/violations have been remediated is essential for an end to end compliance program.

Desk numbers also under Workspaces
We were asked if it is possible to show the seat number in the tool, not only under People&Place, but also under Workspaces.
The reason is that it is difficult for local people to show to visitors where they are sitting otherwise. Re. attachment18 votes -
Misleading Message: Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor
When a user wants to book a workstation in Workspace but no workstations are available that meet the selected criteria, the on-screen message reads "Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor".
This is misleading, as the the “Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor” message should be displayed only when the Capacity Target for the floor has been reached or exceeded.
The message should be reworded to read "No Workstations that meet search criteria are available". This way, the user is guided to edit search criteria, instead of being informed that the Maximum Capacity for the floor is reached when…2 votes -
Ability to dispatch workplace service request to Work Teams
Manage Service Providers and Notifications
Clients utilizing the maintenance portion of workplace to submit service request are being bottlenecked by the SLA functionality of the Manage Service Providers and Notifications. Currently, for a specific internal request type you are only given the option of selecting a specific employee.
We are requesting adding the ability to choose a work team for the request to be dispatched to. It would address the problem of having only a single user monitoring all of the requests for a specific problem type and address the needs of larger organizations who could eliminate the need to…

Show user responsible for making bookings
We would like for the system to keep track of who makes and cancels bookings made in webcentral and workplace. There have been reports of strange bookings for some users and we don't know who made those.

Make Cost Wizard Usable for Running Rent for Large Numbers of Leases:
Changes needed: show button to "Add Scheduled Cost" without drilling down in tree and add a Month filter.
Clients with large numbers of leases run rent monthly. With dozens or hundreds of leases this is a very time consuming process. Currently (2022.03), to add an ad hoc Schedule Cost for that month, the user must click many times just to get to the lease so the the "Add Scheduled Cost" button appears. Instead, keep the button on always and require the Lease ID when adding a new Schedule Cost..

Allow apostrophe in employee and user email address from Web Central
Currently in V2022.03 single quote/apostrophes are not accepted in the email address field in Define Employees and Define Users Web Central views.
Clients require the ability to have an email address that includes an apostrophe.

Creation of status
Archibus should allow the creation of status in the configuration and a way to map process (approve, estimate, plan) to status. We found out that the number of status is limited if you want to track specific questions such as:
- differentiate between request that are waiting for planning that the one being planned
- differentiate between request waiting to be processed by a craft and a request being processed, a request processed but not verified by the supervisorAlso we have custom needs for billing and there is no way to create a status for this.
