Make Cost Wizard Usable for Running Rent for Large Numbers of Leases:
Changes needed: show button to "Add Scheduled Cost" without drilling down in tree and add a Month filter.
Clients with large numbers of leases run rent monthly. With dozens or hundreds of leases this is a very time consuming process. Currently (2022.03), to add an ad hoc Schedule Cost for that month, the user must click many times just to get to the lease so the the "Add Scheduled Cost" button appears. Instead, keep the button on always and require the Lease ID when adding a new Schedule Cost..
Also, the user can filter only for an entire year, but lease administrators run rent one month at a time. So add a filter for a month range to minimize the number of cost records.

It would be nice to get a result of your review now that nearly 2 years have passed.
Our customers would really enjoy that functionality and we would get a better user experience and user acceptance to ARCHIBUS.
To say it very clear: This functionalty is really needed - immediately. Proper work with the actual behaviour isn't possible.
