When a user wants to book a workstation in Workspace but no workstations are available that meet the selected criteria, the on-screen message reads "Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor".
This is misleading, as the the “Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor” message should be displayed only when the Capacity Target for the floor has been reached or exceeded.

The message should be reworded to read "No Workstations that meet search criteria are available". This way, the user is guided to edit search criteria, instead of being informed that the Maximum Capacity for the floor is reached when it isn't.
