Reports Central - Filtering Implies AND with No Option for OR
I'm logging this as Navigation since there isn't an appropriate category for this.
In Reports Central, there is the ability to add filtering to the result set. Multiple filters can be added but each one that's used is adding an AND in the statement and doesn't provide any way to set it to OR.
For example, in the Work Requests (wr) table, I want to know which records have a Cost of Labor, Cost of Parts, or Cost of Tools over $1000. If I add filters for all 3 fields, it would result in, (Cost of Labor > 1000 AND…

Workplace
It would be great if there was a control box in Workplace Floor Plan view that allow users to pan left/right/up/down and zoom in and out of the floor plan. Currently, it's not user intuitive and users have to click and drag, or use their mouse. This will help improve the user experience.

Add Magnifying Glass Icon to Search Bar
Add the magnifying glass icon to the search bar at the top of the page. It makes it more consistent with search bars in other products.

Workplace App - Improved Scrolling and Scrollbar usability
On some phone models the "People" and "Workspace" tiles don't fit on the screen without scrolling down, however the scrolling behaviour and colours make it difficult for users to get to the 'bottom' of the screen.
There are two scrollbars that the person needs to use and the chosen colours make it hard to tell them apart from each other and the background.See attached image for an example.

hoteling
When you use Workplace to create a hoteling booking, the date that defaults is today's date. However, it seems that if there are no available hotelable workstations for today's date in the building that you choose, another tab opens with a blank white screen..... instead of just a message saying that there isn't availability based on the existing filters.

Workplace app - Option to rename Services card
Currently, the Workplace app has a Services card that allows service desk and maintenance requests. For customers who are not interested in Service Desk options but only need maintenance requests it would be nice to have an application parameter that would change the text and possibly the image for the Services card to Maintenance. See the attached image as an example.

Improved workflow for rebooking workspaces for the same time interval
- Booked a variety of wkstations for Myself, Other Employee and Visitor.
- Booked Daily Recurring for 14 days for myself.
- I was prompted to remove all my bookings and replace with the recurring booking.
- I selected Yes.
- All bookings, including those made for other people were deleted.

Reservation Associating Allowable Room and Employee Standards
Currently this only applies to Hoteling but we also need this feature for Reservations.
Clients/User that only implemented Reservations need their employees to be only able to book specific meeting spaces or areas according to their employee standards.

Document Field Placeholder Text
As of v2023, the current placeholder text for document fields is "Drag-and-drop your file or click up...". One of the most common questions I get is why drag and drop isn't working. The answer is always that they haven't saved the record yet.
It would be really nice if the placeholder text was "Save the record to upload a document" when record is not saved and then it switches to the current one telling them to drag and drop or use the up arrow after the record is saved.

Hoteling - Cancel Future Days on Multi-day/Recurring Bookings
Out of the box, only members of the HOTELING ADMINISTRATION security group can cancel a Hoteling Booking with a Start Date in the past. This is desirable for regular, single day bookings. However, for multi-day/recurring bookings it is often necessary to cancel future date bookings sometime in the middle of the booking period. Right now it just won't let you. It should leave all past days as valid booking and cancel all future days to open the room for other bookings on those days.

Check for existing hoteling bookings prior to assigning a permanent seat
When assigning a permanent seat, it would be great if the system could check for existing hoteling bookings and issue a warning message to ask if future bookings should be deleted.

List of bug
It would be very useful to have access to a bug tracking tool for Archibus. We often reports issues to our integrator and we don't know if the issues are even tracked or processed.

Allow export to DOCX, PDF, XLS for Grid Controls 3.0
Grid Controls 3.0 have this limitation that prevents exporting their content in DOCX, PDF or XLS format which would be instead really helpful for users to have.

Reports Central - Multiple filters per field not supported

In Reports Central, when the Add Filter button is pressed, the list of selected fields appears allowing the user to add a filter for the field. If the user creates a filter for a field, and then presses Add Filter again, the field that just had a filter created is not listed. This means they are not able to add an additional condition for the field they just filtered. This limits the filtering ability the user is able to perform.

Reports Central - Only one aggregate total per numeric field

In Reports Central, it is possible to show totals of Sum, Average, Minimum, and Maximum for numeric fields. However, only one of the totals can be selected for each field meaning that if you only have one numeric field, you can't have both Sum and Average for example. It doesn't make sense to have a limitation based on the number of numeric fields available.

Meeting Space Bookings - Restriction by Team
Provide the ability to restrict meeting space bookings by Team (follow same logic as Work space bookings under hoteling application).
The 'Available for Group' field in the room arrangement becomes difficult to manage user role assignments.

Schedule Substitutes for Requestor
Can the 'Scheduled Substitutes' task be expanded to enable the ability to schedule a substitution for the Requestor, in the same way we use the tools to substitute Craftspersons?
That way when 'Requestor A' goes on vacation, we can assign 'Requestor B' as a substitute, so that Requestor B would see all work requests that Requestor A submitted.
