  1. In the equipment section of 'Reservation Assist', all unique equipment/attributes show when these may not be applicable for the Users of Engage.

    There should be a configuration option that allows you to select which attributes you wish to display in the Reservation Assist.

  2. When looking up first responders on a floor, instead of having to scroll through each responder to identify their location, it would be excellent if icons were loaded when enabling a responder type on the floor plan. This would save time trying to find who is the closest person to an incident and provides those who are responsible an easy visual to see potential areas where responder coverage is needed.

  3. The error messages in Engage have no details as to why a booking cannot go through (examples). This causes users to believe the tool itself is not working.

    1. Daily Booking has reached its limit. Please try another day.
    2. Booking cannot be made outside of the Booking window.

  4. Particularly in the browser, it is not super clear that you are checked in, especially when auto check in is engaged. It would be good to be able to see clearly that check in has been done.

  6. As an Engage user, I would love to see Engage used for RSVPs to events that companies can host within their spaces (or off-site events)- that won't count against our regular seat counts.

    Examples:
    1) Our client is hosting a holiday event, and for social distancing purposes, want to cap the capacity to a certain number. It would be lovely to set up a "building" as the event itself to help monitor RSVPs in one place.
    2) During COVID, our client sets up "Outdoor Offices" that are temporary sites to encourage company culture while waiting to return to the office,…

  7. Configure the Engage application to receive and manage digital access credentials from HID.

    This would enable employees mobile devices (e.g. smartphone) to gain access to secured doors, gates, lockers, printers, networks, services, etc, in replacement of a traditional physical access pass.

    Would significantly reduce the administration of physical security management, including issuing, temporary and lost passes, termination, and increase enterprise security.

  8. Currently when you select a booked desk, it will display the same colour as an available desk which can cause confusion to users as it appears available.

    E.g. All available desks are configured to be green. When you select a reserved desk (blue) it will change to green. This should remain blue or be another colour, not the same colour as available.

  9. As a system administrator I want to control which spaces can be booked as 'all-day' settings and others by 'specific time'. This supports spaces with shift work, varying styles of work and bookings and large floors with a variety of team and space requirements.

    Examples:
    - Select some desks/spaces to be booked as "All-Day" and other to be "Specific Time"
    - Custom Label specific time bookings "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening"
    - Preset start times for all day bookings differently between different desks
    - Pre-Defined Time Slot Bookings "9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm"

  10. As an administrator, I would like to be able to set a floor capacity for the maximum number of desk bookings per floor that will be accepted by Engage. Once this floor capacity has been reached. No additional new bookings will be accepted for this floor.

    Further enhancement:
    - Notify administrators when floor capacity is reached (or a threshold will be reached) to then release an additional floor for booking
    - Wait list for staff who wish to book on a floor that is at capacity, to then be notified when a new floor is released

    Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that this is an important feature for making it simple to get staff back to work.

  11. Currently when passcode/faceid is enabled, the session is active for 2 hours before being prompted to re-authorize the connection.

    For clients with Security related concerns, we should add the ability to modify the token lifetime so that it can be reduced from 2 hours.

  13. The quick reports in Spaces (Floorplan Block and Space Report) are not applicable to anything to do with Engage. We now have the ability to see the Bookable desks in this module (which is great!), but we can't run a PDF report to visualize it or send to another team, etc.

  14. Within the Maps/Wayfinder (reservation) view in Engage, the back button (top left) takes users back to the Concierge menu. In certain views, this doesn't match expectations - users might expect to go back to the floorplan view, and then have to navigate back to where they were.

    This function could be more clear if the icon was replaced with a 'Home' icon, or something similar.

  15. Add option to display Engage maps and UI in Dark Mode (using black for negative space instead of white, saving power by requiring less of the users screen to be lit). Ideally, this should be a configuration option for individual users, but could be a global option set by user admins as well.

  16. Currently the check-in feature is not obvious and requires the user to navigate into the My Bookings to check in.

    It would be great if it was made more obvious to the user that they could check in by perhaps adding a banner on the concierge menu prompting them to Check In Now. If they could check in directly from that page without being redirected to the My Bookings would be ideal.

    This would reduce clicks and make the check-in process more seamless and user friendly.

  17. Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.

    Examples:
    - At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
    - All hot desks can only be booked on the day
    - Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)
    - Building A can be booked 2 weeks in advance, Building B can be booked 1 week in advance

  19. As a system administrator, I want the ability to view and delete room bookings made.

    At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.

    Can we also view bookings made against a bookable space?
    Likewise, can we also 'cancel' the bookings made?

  20. As a user, I would like to modify my existing desk reservations by shortening it (i.e. 4 days to 2 days) or extending it (i.e. 2 days to 5 days).

    For existing desk reservations where I am shortening it, it should allow the user to keep their existing desk reservation or suggest booking another desk as a secondary option.

    For existing desk reservations where I am extending the booking, it should try to book the originally reserved desk for the extended time, and if this is not free, allow you to do the following options; 1) keep the original desk…
