  1. Using various data sources automatically check a user in to a booking. Such as:
    - Badge data - When a user swipes into the floor
    - SVLive - When a user logs into a device on the floor
    - Geolocation - When a user is detected in proximity to the building
    - Sensor - When a user is detected at the booked desk

    With SVLive, use the automation based on where the person is detected:
    - Check in when user docks at a desk they have made a booking at
    - Notify user if they are sitting at a desk…

  2. As a Slack user, I'd like to be able to find an employee by command, such as "\find Megan". This would bring up a floor plan locating where Megan is.

    Other use cases are:
    - employee contact info
    - book meeting rooms

  4. Configure the Engage application to receive and manage digital access credentials from HID.

    This would enable employees mobile devices (e.g. smartphone) to gain access to secured doors, gates, lockers, printers, networks, services, etc, in replacement of a traditional physical access pass.

    Would significantly reduce the administration of physical security management, including issuing, temporary and lost passes, termination, and increase enterprise security.

  5. Currently when you navigate to the My Profile tile from the Engage app, you are required to re-authenticate your credentials to access the page.

    The user experience is greatly impacted as it is not seamless.

    The app should carry through the users SSO authentication when accessing the My Profile page.

  6. Engage (Web and App) needs to retain requested deep link URL from QR Code through SSO Authentication. Currently, if a user scans a QR code to check into a desk and is NOT already authenticated, the deep link to the desk is lost after Authentication and the user must scan the QR code again for check in. This is frustrating for our users to have to scan twice.

  7. I'd like an SDK so that I can easily embed Engage in my own mobile app

    Our app developers provided this requirement, “Serraview will need to add a parameter CFBundleURLSchemes to their Info.plist file.”

  8. Currently when passcode/faceid is enabled, the session is active for 2 hours before being prompted to re-authorize the connection.

    For clients with Security related concerns, we should add the ability to modify the token lifetime so that it can be reduced from 2 hours.

  10. In one of the cases SF #619708 the client requested to disable/remove the heat map feature completely for their instance.

    We advised that it can be disabled for user profiles following click on Settings, and make sure "Enable views" is toggled off in Engage.
    But the client's request is to turn of the option to enable it altogether so that users can't even see that option
