Enable Push notifications / emails
Management and staff may want alerts staff to an incident or disseminate an update. They can use Engage platform to push notifications to staff via the app.
Examples should include:
- Important Faciliites/Emergency information eg: "Lift under repairs today. Please use stairs" / "water leak on L08. please do not enter"
- Evacuation in progress
- When a selected colleague has made a booking, checked in or checked out

Canceled booking notification enhancements
When a self booking is cancelled by the user, or because they did not check in, the user should receive an in app and email notification.
The action should remove the entry in My Bookings too or clearly marked as Cancelled.
The cancellation message should be customisable by Admins, and made more distinct in the mobile and web apps on screen notifications.

Booking Failed Messages Need to be more Descriptive of the Error
The error messages in Engage have no details as to why a booking cannot go through (examples). This causes users to believe the tool itself is not working.
1. Daily Booking has reached its limit. Please try another day.

As an employee, I'd like a quick way to submit feedback about a space.
Example:
- something is broken
- too hot/too cold

Reminder regarding upcoming Desk Booking
In busy sites, individuals are making desk bookings many weeks in advance, limiting availability for others planning closer to the day. Once check-in closes, a significant number of desks are released. It would be valuable to have a reminder 48 hours prior to the booking for people to confirm their planned use of the desk, or to release it for others. This would reduce the number of on-the-day cancellations, and enable other to book a desk ahead of attending site.

Reservation Confirmation email enhancements
System admins should be able to:
- Customise the contents of confirmation emails for different sites
- Customise if confirmation emails are sent for different sites or not

Surveys/Feedback
As an Administrator, I'd like a quick way to collect feedback/survey from a number of employees based on their attributes (location, orgunit, etc).
This might be a built-in function to Engage, or a quick way for engage to be the entry point for using a 3rd party tool to collect the info.

waitlist for floors that are booked out
Provide a waitlist option for staff to put themselves on for floors that have booked out. Have the system send them an email/notification when a desk becomes available on the floor and date they need a booking.

Space Booking Confirmation Email
Currently our users do not receive an email confirmation when they book/reserve a "Space". Only when they reserve a "Desk" do they receive an email.
Can the system be modified to allow the emails for the "Spaces" bookings/reservations also?
Whether the system is modified to provide emails regardless of type of space, or if there is an additional configuration setting to allow/disallow for emails for spaces, is not critical in my opinion. Though it would probably allow for more flexibility to allow the secondary configuration setting for the "Spaces."

Alert Reception of attending different building
If a staff member books into an office that isn't their home office, a notice can be given to reception the day before the guest attending. That way they will be registered to the office for the day in the event of an evacuation, and the reception can have access badges for them and make required arrangements. This would be particularly useful for offices where we do not control the entry. We can alert third party of guest attendance and allow ease of check-in. Not all offices will require it, but could be a report that could be auto-generated and…
