  1. We are hoping to have the area number shown in Engage and the feature to be able to switch calculations between SQFT (Square Feet) to SQM (Square Meters). This would help our global team and end users to utilize Engage.

    Since we already have an existing calculation to switch between SQFT and SQM by setting up the user Local in Serraview, I'm assuming we can have this data shown when the users click each space.

    If this feature cannot be a generic idea from a development perspective, can we have this as enable/disable function in configuration?

  2. By configuration, choose if Space Bookings are available in different versions of Engage.

    For example:
    - Users can make space bookings in Kiosk, but not in Mobile or Web version

  3. Expand features included in the engage Person card, so you can see and add other details such as:
    - if they are a manager
    - If they have book on behalf of permission
    - Last booking date
    - Assigned building or floor
    - other fields via a custom field
    - All future bookings

  4. As an Engage end-user,
    When I create another reservation that overlaps an existing reservation, I would like a prompt to ask me if I'd like to cancel/check out of the current desk. If I select "Yes," the existing booking should be cancelled by the system (instead of the user having to navigate to My Bookings), and replaced by the new reservation.

  5. The kiosk currently defaults to enable a guest to book a desk. To assist with actual utilisation at a closed site it would be beneficial if this feature could be turned off so that staff could only select a registered user as the booking originator

  6. Provide enhanced flexibility to booking rules to provide variable restrictions to bookings based on your team or the team allocations. This should include:
    - Provide a team priority to reserve, seats in a location (building, floor, hood) until a specified time (ie. a week before), then the reservations are open to everyone else not on the specified team.
    - Allocate spaces to only be bookable by specific teams on specific days ( E.G. Finance are allocated Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated Tuesday & Thursday.)
    - Allow some teams to book in all spaces regardless of booking rules

  7. If a staff member books into an office that isn't their home office, a notice can be given to reception the day before the guest attending. That way they will be registered to the office for the day in the event of an evacuation, and the reception can have access badges for them and make required arrangements. This would be particularly useful for offices where we do not control the entry. We can alert third party of guest attendance and allow ease of check-in.   8. When opting in or out of Engage visibility, it would be useful to choose if users can:
    - Hide or display my live status (SVLive)
    - Allow people in my team/org unit to see my details but hidden from users in other teams
    - Hide or display my email and contact details, photo and role
    - Hide or display my booking history (current, past and future)

  9. Currently booking report 345 will show the booked for as “team booking”, and not a persons name, so if there’s an internal requirement to report on who had a desk booked, difficult to do. Enhancement to reporting element, to report on attendee - if a person did not accept and select a desk, keep cell as Team booking. if a person accepts and selects the desk, cell to show persons name.

    Updates to reporting and report 345 are in development to include:

    • Booked on Behalf of details
    • Team booking details
    • Neighbourhood and Village names
    • Booking cancellation details and times
    • Check in and out times
    • First responder tags

  10. I'd like an SDK so that I can easily embed Engage in my own mobile app

    Our app developers provided this requirement, “Serraview will need to add a parameter CFBundleURLSchemes to their Info.plist file.”

  12. Several enhancements for a better user experience:

    Booking Selector and Calendar Improvements
    - Clearly show the "Now" button can be used to change the day and time you are making a reservation for
    - Configure if the calendar is Mon-Sun or Sun-Mon
    - Hide Weekends
    - Improve the calendar display for meeting spaces
    - Change days within a booking screen
    - Consistency between Mobile and Web versions of engage for filter icons, search icons, search and filter configurations and other icons
    - Display all calendar events syncronised with Microsoft Outlook
    - Improve the calendar display to more easily change months…

  13. As an Engage Admin/Facilities Manager,
    I would like Engage users to be able to enter comments
    - When booking a desk or space
    - When cancelling a booking or space

    Comments can be used to explain why they're reserving/cancelling the booking (team meeting, working on a project, needs specific equipment, catering requests), So that management can better understand why employees are reserving certain seats.

  14. Currently when using SSO with Engage it has the feature of auto-provisioning users. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to turn off or on.

    Having this is critical for the client " The New School ".

  15. Additional features when booking on behalf of someone else:
    - We would like the option for the reserver to receive a confirmation email.
    - The reservee (Booked For individual) to see in their confirmation email who reserved the space.
    - Provide Book on Behalf of without also providing the Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit secured action
    - Allow staff that can "book on behalf of", to also "Cancel on behalf of".
    - Allow staff that can book on behalf of to see the calendar of bookings they have made for other people, and bookings those people have made

  16. Much like google business polular times to show how busy a floor/neighbourhood is, would Engage map one day have the location memory enabled to show such mapping, from history data to show average polularity and live data mapping. Would be amazing to have it for reporting or users. Workplaces all want to install sensors for this but if you can get it with the app, that would be a huge competitive advantage.

  18. Our space types are set up in such a way their definitions are directly related to whether or not they should be bookable through the Engage reservation tool.

    Examples:
    Dedicated Spaces: NON-reservable
    Shared Spaces: Reservable
    Open Shared Spaces: NON-reservable (think touchdown stations to accommodate walk-ins)

    If someone changes a space type, the "reserving enabled" feature needs to be manually updated to reflect that space type. I would love an automation set in place for this.

    Also, as a part of this ask, a report to let the Admin know what spaces have been changed, and by whom. Not only does…
