  1. A web hosted version of Engage Kiosk, to allow embedding Engage Kiosk in company intranets, embedding in pages for custom kiosk screens or web hosted kiosks.

  2. In busy sites, individuals are making desk bookings many weeks in advance, limiting availability for others planning closer to the day. Once check-in closes, a significant number of desks are released. It would be valuable to have a reminder 48 hours prior to the booking for people to confirm their planned use of the desk, or to release it for others. This would reduce the number of on-the-day cancellations, and enable other to book a desk ahead of attending site.

  3. Provide a waitlist option for staff to put themselves on for floors that have booked out. Have the system send them an email/notification when a desk becomes available on the floor and date they need a booking.

  5. Would like waiting lists to be created- allowing a person to register for a work point on a floor/neighbourhood when bookings are at capacity. If a booking is cancelled- creating an automated booking for a person from the waiting list.

  6. Some desks would be reserved for X colleagues only e.g. Wednesdays (permanent desks for them on Weds) and on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fridays Y colleagues could book these same desks for space optimization. Important is that we would set this for the long term.
    A group of people want to block seats so others cannot book those for Wednesdays.

  7. Engage (Web and App) needs to retain requested deep link URL from QR Code through SSO Authentication. Currently, if a user scans a QR code to check into a desk and is NOT already authenticated, the deep link to the desk is lost after Authentication and the user must scan the QR code again for check in. This is frustrating for our users to have to scan twice.

  8. Hi Team,

    Is it possible to add a customizable legend or fixed legend to the side of the floorplan for the Engage Kiosk App? Engage is an excellent tool for wayfinding, but when used as a kiosk, it might benefit from legends to help users quickly identify information. Here are some ideas I believe could enhance the kiosk experience:

    1. Display occupancy status or sensor status by colors (occupied/vacant).
    2. Show current markers on the floorplan.
    3. A List of current meeting rooms.

  9. Team Bookings currently display as "Team Booking" on the Engage App. This limits visibility of which team has actually booked for in a particular space and limits natural cross collaboration and pollination between teams. Can the name of the booking be updated to show which team has booked what desks? Ie, "Team Booking - Finance'?

  10. Hi Team,

    We've been using the kiosk for over 10 months now, and I have some suggestions that could elevate the user experience of the Engage Kiosk app:

    1. Customizable Floorplan Orientation: Allowing customizable floorplan orientation would provide flexibility regarding kiosk placement and make navigation more intuitive for users.

    2. Enhanced Operating System Compatibility: Currently, the kiosks can only be installed on Windows OS. Expanding compatibility to iOS or developing a web-based version could improve configuration options in line with local security protocols.

  12. Add captcha or a tick box to Engage to prove someone human is booking desks rather than bots?

    We have some smart IT users who have created bots that will automatically book desks on their behalf every night as soon as the desks become bookable. This is infuriating others who wake up at midnight to book desks, yet half of them is already all booked.

  13. For example, someone with a specific ergonomic requirement that is only in the office one day a week - I want to be able to easily block out and assign Mondays going forward to this person only but is free to be book every other day.

    We currently have to change Engage Bookings configuration from 5 weeks to 30 weeks, book the desk on her behalf for that period and then change the configuration back to 5 weeks.

  15. People getting confused as the contact card shows their role, then directly underneath shows the zone they've booked in rather than their division/team. They think the data is wrong, not understanding it's showing the location they've booked instead.

  17. In one of the cases SF #619708 the client requested to disable/remove the heat map feature completely for their instance.

    We advised that it can be disabled for user profiles following click on Settings, and make sure "Enable views" is toggled off in Engage.
    But the client's request is to turn of the option to enable it altogether so that users can't even see that option

  19. Can Engage includes legend for markers? As the number of markers increases, it may confuse end users when viewing them on the Engage floorplan. If a legend exists, it will help mobile and kiosk users to identify the markers on the floorplan.

    Another suggestion is that, since all markers currently have the same rounded shape, the system should allow for marker color customization, or make certain key markers can be identified easier, such as making fire extinguishers red and restrooms blue, etc.

  20. When you zoom into a floorplan, the name of each space should be visible like workpoint numbers, with each space's visibility to be set via a configuration. All visible spaces should be searchable via the spaces tab.

    This will allow admins to choose which spaces are visible, to help with wayfinding to collaboration, meeting and other points of interest.
