Enable check-in via engage calendar for Polygon spaces
Creating polygon spaces to function as desks for shift working is ideal. However, because polygon spaces are generally used for spaces like meeting rooms, there is no way to check-in via the Engage calendar. It would be really convenient if we could select check-in options from the space types menu in Admin Settings > Reference Data.

When searching for a team/person on the search results, list the location that the result is found at. For example "Team A - Building 1 - Floor 02"

Specific Time Booking - Buffer Time
Create a buffer period at the end of a Specific Time (Hourly) booking, to allow for packup/cleaning before the desk can be booked by another persion.

Canceled booking notification enhancements
When a self booking is cancelled by the user, or because they did not check in, the user should receive an in app and email notification.
The action should remove the entry in My Bookings too or clearly marked as Cancelled.
The cancellation message should be customisable by Admins, and made more distinct in the mobile and web apps on screen notifications.

Visualise Team/Neighbourhood locations floorplan
Display teams on floorplans via a visual such as color around desks, rooms and assets allocated to teams or neighbourhoods.

Seating Pop Up Window
When you click on a seat in Engage the pop up window does not display the name of the seated person. Can we have the same pop up window display on clicking a seat as you get when you search of an employee, with the employee contact information. If a person is not seated in that workpoint, the pop up should have a reservation option if it's a reservable desk.

Bulk Cancel Future Desk Bookings
Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.
This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.
If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management.…

Additional First Responder/Person of Interest Categories
Provide for custom or additional First Responder/Person of Interest categories, beyond the hard coded First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.
This allows admins to define the titles of roles they wish to see within Engage, beyond the current workaround where some different roles have to be assigned to a category where the title doesn't align.

- Customise the contents of confirmation emails for different sites
- Customise if confirmation emails are sent for different sites or not

As an admin, I would like to be able to choose the colours displayed in Engage to seperately show:
- Occupied vs Booked vs Bookable
- Bookable for all staff
- Bookable for the users team/hood
- Bookable all day vs time
- Booked vs unbooked vs unbookable
- Currently selected desk or spaceThis would need a legend to identify the different colours

engage team booking for large teams
Have an option to have the system assign a desk to all the team members selected at random or keep it as-is. This would change the e-mail communication going from a list that is hard to follow to a single desk. We are finding that for large groups it is difficult to locate the range of desks that were selected as the e-mail is simply a long list which is not very user friendly. If the employee accepts, that seat remains occupied, if the decline, that seat opens up immediately and if they do not check-in the the check-in setting…

Enable name display when zooming in
With ENGAGE, enable the employee name display when you zoom in. Right now this feature works for work desks but does not display names for those office reservations. Zooming in should display ALL names, not just work desks.

Zone/Area Overlays on floorplans
Using configurable colours, provide a way to mark sections of the floor background colour to reflect different zones, neighbourhoods or areas. This should include showing the name of the selected area.
This could be used to show:
- quiet zones
- Busy zones

book a section of desks - not using the Teams feature
Would love a way to block/book a section or workpoints not using the team function or the "book on behalf of" function but rather selecting multiple stations and booking all at once.
We have instances where staff from different Teams and/or locations are looking to block a group of stations and arent worried about each desk being reserved for a specific person.
