  1. An easy way to see the First Aid Officers / Fire Wardens currently on site. From what I can see Serraview Engage just allows you to filter down to those employees, resulting in an alphabetical list of First Aid / Fire Warden. You then have to click through each person to see if they are on-site and where they are located (or if they're working flexibly). A feature to colour code desks filled by these people would make it easier to find first aiders on-site or easy identifier on Engage at the map view level.

  2. Make it possible so that markers can be named differently in each location, to allow for both customise use of markers and to cater to regional or cultural diferences in terminology.

    EG.
    Elevators vs Lifts.
    Restrooms vs Washroom vs Toilets

  3. Can we sort Locator by country instead of state? Or have the option to sort in various ways? Currently it is done by state/province and having a global platform this is not as user friendly.

  4. Currently Engage is used for reservation. It would be nice if it could be used for wayfinding as well. As I understand it, Locator could be going away. Would be nice to use Engage to search for a conference room or a person. Perhaps have the option of Administrators turning on/off functions of Engage based on the client's needs.

  5. International travelers are making reservations, but the reservation is based on the time zone of the traveler. This results in the reservation not relating to the time zone where the building (space) is located. Suggest option to reserve a space based on the time zone of the building location.

  6. As an admin, it would be beneficial to be able to update the highlighted text in the attached screenshot to
    "Check-in window is from 7am to 10am. Desks reservations without check-ins will be automatically cancelled at 10am"

    This will help promote Desk booking etiquette.

  7. It would be really beneficial if we could assign a space with multiple booking access. Some clients are using hot desks, and these desks are used by different people from different org-units and teams.

  8. It would be really great if there was a checkbox or an option to enable/disable engage chack-in emails without altering check-in as a whole.

    We already have it for confirmation emails and cancellation emails. It would be very useful to get one for check-in emails as well.

  9. The Engage People Tab should visually indicate if a user is active, away, checked in or just booked a desk. This will allow people to quickly check the people tab to determine if someone is active on site today or not.

    This will enhance the use of Engage beyond desk bookings when searching for active users in SVL2 and

  10. It would be really handy to have the ability to change the check-in message on the reservation tab in the Engage Calendar.

    Please refer to the screenshot attached. Changing the highlighted text in the screenshot to say something like "Check-in window from 7am to 10am. Desks reservations without check-ins will be automatically cancelled at 10am"

  11. Restrict to only show floors where you are assigned to book, unless you have additional access. Currently people can see all floors despite not being assigned to book at these locations - Some floors may be confidential or secure so we do not want them to see the floorplans if they're not able to book there.

  12. Create an option in Engage for colleagues with a permanent desk so that, when they are out of the office/on holiday/sick leave etc, their desk can become bookable by other remote users.

    This would need a field for the user to set a date and release range as part of this so that, the desk owner doesn't have to remember to stop desk sharing again.

    Also, the ability (for one-off bookings and permanently assigned desks) to: a) require check-in on the day via an email reminder with a check-in button or b) an email asking if the desk is still…

  13. Serraview displays room names/preferred names/space type labels all the time. It would be helpful to see the same information in Engage without having to zoom all the way in.

  14. An option to restrict how many times a user can book the same desk.

    After which that desk would be locked out for a period of time or x amount of bookings.

    This is to encourage users to hot desk and not be territorial over specific desks or locations. As well as encouraging users to sit with different colleagues in different areas.

  15. Viewing bookings in different time zones (specifically time zones ahead of yours) is confusing.
    Example: someone in LA is going to NY so they book a desk all day for Jan 5th. When they view the booking in Spaces/VBS or Engage, it says it begins on the 4th because 12AM on the 5th in NY is 9PM on the 4th in LA.
    Part of the confusion, I believe, is the lack of consistency between Engage and Spaces/VBS. "Local Time" in Spaces/VBS is the building's Local Time, but "Local Time" in Engage is the User's local time (see attached images).

  16. Past enhancements have not enabled a system administrator or end user to cancel a reservation after the start time has past. If a user realizes that no longer need a meeting room that they reserved, even if the time is over, our reporting will show the room as utilized when it was not. System administrators are locked out of deleting a reservation after the start time has past so we cannot assist someone who contacts us to say they won't be coming in as originally planned. We want clean data to properly analyze room utilization and this limitation keeps us…

  17. We need a room panel / kiosk outside of a meeting room that is enabled only for that meeting room. Allows someone to view upcoming reservations and availability for that room at a glance, and reserve the room in that moment or for a future time when it is available.

  18. When making a booking for a time specific booking (E.G. 9am-11am), it would be useful to select multiple days the same way you do for an all day booking.

  20. Ability to automatically assign/display markers for selected "space types". Instead of manually adding markers, it would help if a choice was to enable marker display for a space type instead.
