View and Delete Room Bookings made by other employees
As a system administrator, I want the ability to view and delete room bookings made.
At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.
Can we also view bookings made against a bookable space?
Likewise, can we also 'cancel' the bookings made?
Option to bulk delete or bulk shift bookings to other rooms

As an Administrator, I sometimes need to make a room "unbookable". When I do this, the system should automatically cancel any future bookings for that room/desk and notify the organizer.
Alternatively the system should automatically book an alternative space and notify the organizer.

As an admin, I'd like to be able to take a room offline and have the system automatically rebook any meetings in that room and send notifications to hosts and attendees.
