Serraview - Secured action to manage bookings and booking rules

Marker Legend on the side of the floorplan and Marker with Colors
Can Engage includes legend for markers? As the number of markers increases, it may confuse end users when viewing them on the Engage floorplan. If a legend exists, it will help mobile and kiosk users to identify the markers on the floorplan.
Another suggestion is that, since all markers currently have the same rounded shape, the system should allow for marker color customization, or make certain key markers can be identified easier, such as making fire extinguishers red and restrooms blue, etc.

Serraview Spaces Module - Run Quick Reports or Engage Bookings
The quick reports in Spaces (Floorplan Block and Space Report) are not applicable to anything to do with Engage. We now have the ability to see the Bookable desks in this module (which is great!), but we can't run a PDF report to visualize it or send to another team, etc.

Engage - Dark Mode
Add option to display Engage maps and UI in Dark Mode (using black for negative space instead of white, saving power by requiring less of the users screen to be lit). Ideally, this should be a configuration option for individual users, but could be a global option set by user admins as well.

Differentiate Engage UAT and Prod
It would be beneficial to be able to clearly distinguish via a banner or means whether you are accessing Engage on the UAT or Production environment.

Display via Secured Action - Google maps link
The functionality to show you on google maps the location of the building is not always required. Especially for clients with a single building in Engage.

External Page Browser nav buttons
When browsing a third-party website, it's impossible to navigate back or fwd. The only "back" button in the app takes you out to the main Engage menu and, sometimes, the website menu is not enough when you just need to go back a page.
Adding some basic browser nav buttons (back/fwd, refresh, open in chrome/safari) would be very helpful.

Phones set to display Large Fonts
Many of us have our iPhones set to 'Accessibility... Display and Text SIze ... Larger Text' so that we can more easily read our phones. In the app of apps section, the titles become enormous and the formatting becomes confusing. There should be some adjustment so that this view makes more sense.

allow auto-provisioning for SSO logins to be turned off
Currently when using SSO with Engage it has the feature of auto-provisioning users. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to turn off or on.
Having this is critical for the client " The New School ".

Ability to assign booking access to multiple options
It would be really beneficial if we could assign a space with multiple booking access. Some clients are using hot desks, and these desks are used by different people from different org-units and teams.

Seating Pop Up Window
When you click on a seat in Engage the pop up window does not display the name of the seated person. Can we have the same pop up window display on clicking a seat as you get when you search of an employee, with the employee contact information. If a person is not seated in that workpoint, the pop up should have a reservation option if it's a reservable desk.

Showing Area in Engage & Feature to Switch between SQFT (square feet) to SQM (square meter)
We are hoping to have the area number shown in Engage and the feature to be able to switch calculations between SQFT (Square Feet) to SQM (Square Meters). This would help our global team and end users to utilize Engage.
Since we already have an existing calculation to switch between SQFT and SQM by setting up the user Local in Serraview, I'm assuming we can have this data shown when the users click each space.
If this feature cannot be a generic idea from a development perspective, can we have this as enable/disable function in configuration?

Ability to alter where company logo appears
In some areas in web and app, the logo is hard to see due to the contrasting colour. If the platform colour background can't change or fade in area of logo placement. The ability to change where in the area the logo appears would make it easier for branding to control in line with their marketing and logo area preference, as well as easier for end user to see logo tiles.

Serraview BOS Module - Update Engage settings per Move Activity
When moves occur (via BOS, VBS, Workplace, Spaces) automatically set preferences for Engage (i.e. Reserving Enabled/Disabled, Booking Access). This will prevent reservations on seats that are occupied as a result of a move/new hire. Likewise, when occupants are removed, these preferences should reset to allow reservations. This could be accomplished via "preferences" on each space as well as default values on the Space Type. i.e., certain Space Types, by default, will either be Reserving Enabled/Disabled & will have an Identified default Booking Access when the space is in each of the following states: occupied, unoccupied, allocated, fixed, & flexi. Restrict the number of times a user can book the same desk
An option to restrict how many times a user can book the same desk.
After which that desk would be locked out for a period of time or x amount of bookings.
This is to encourage users to hot desk and not be territorial over specific desks or locations. As well as encouraging users to sit with different colleagues in different areas.

Restrict Space Bookings in different versions of Engage (Mobile/Web/Kiosk)
By configuration, choose if Space Bookings are available in different versions of Engage.
For example:

Serraview - Reserve Enabled Default configuration
When new locations are added the default is for Reserve Enabled to be checked as yes. It would be great if the reserved enabled would not be checked as most locations are not reservable and instead only check those that are.
