Time/Day Schedule to open up Bookings
Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.
Examples:
- At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
- All hot desks can only be booked on the day
- Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)
- Building A can be booked 2 weeks in advance, Building B can be booked 1 week in advance

As a space management administrator, I need to be able to enable different future reservation limits for different space types (focus rooms should be bookable only today or tomorrow, conference rooms should be bookable further into the future)

I'm looking to close off one of our floors just two days a week for several weeks for things like facilities maintenance, energy saving etc. Can we set up this in advance and on a schedule please?

Have the option to allow approved users to book longer in the future, different than what is preconfigured in the Engage Configuration for all users.

also the ability to turn off days (ie. weekends or public holidays).

Suggest to allow to configure the desk booking (Engage) parameters by # of days in advance vs the current by week. This has an impact on global users and time zones not allowing for the full week in advance.

Customers request to have a separate future booking restriction for spaces.
If people are going into the building for an individual activity, this would generally be planned about 1 week in advance or shorter. Some customers wouldn’t really want people reserving desks for individual activities any further out than that.
Collaboration work and meetings require more time to organise and it makes to sense to be able to book these types of spaces well in advance.
