Change the 'Back' icon to a 'Home' icon
Within the Maps/Wayfinder (reservation) view in Engage, the back button (top left) takes users back to the Concierge menu. In certain views, this doesn't match expectations - users might expect to go back to the floorplan view, and then have to navigate back to where they were.
This function could be more clear if the icon was replaced with a 'Home' icon, or something similar.

Also, people are getting confused with the two back buttons. Maybe the top one could be removed?

The Location Switcher back button location is on the right on some screens and on the left in other screens. Could you place them all on the left?
